Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily construct an earth-retaining wall having a small radius and a ragged shape for a shore by forming the front side wall of a cage mat to have a protruding arcuate shape and making the rear side wall shorter than the front side wall and shaping the plan so that the front face has an arcuate form and both side faces are narrowed toward the rear end to form a taper. SOLUTION: A cage mat 1 is constituted of a protrusively arcuate front side wall 2, right and left side walls 3, 4 composed of parallel parts 3a, 4a parallel and oppositely arranged at the front part connecting to the front side wall 2 and slant parts 3b, 4b forming a taper, a rear side wall 5 having a shorter rectangular form than the front side wall 2, the bottom wall 6 of which the front end has a protrusive arcuate shape along the shape of the front side wall 2 and of which other parts have a rectangular shape with the same width with the parallel parts of both side walls 3, 4, and upper wall 7. Respective side walls 2-5 and the bottom wall 6 are connected to each other and a stuffing material is filled in the inside and then, the upper wall 7 is connected to form the cage mat 1. Thereafter, these cage mats 1 are arranged so that the parallel parts 3a, 4a or slant parts 3b, 4b of the side walls 3, 4 are mutually positioned to contact each other. In this way, an earth-retaining wall for a shore, having a protruded or recessed shape with a small radius can be freely constructed.

2. Description of the Related Art As a conventional basket mat of this kind, for example, as shown in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. Hei 7-189229,
It has a flat rectangular shape, and the individual basket mats are arranged along the shore, and are sequentially retracted so as to be stacked in a stepwise manner.

Since the conventional cage mat has a flat rectangular shape, it is convenient to construct a straight retaining wall, but it is inconvenient to construct a curved portion. . In other words, when constructing a retaining wall whose shore is curved concavely or convexly, the adjacent cage mats are curved concavely or convexly with a gap at the rear or front side between adjacent cage mats. I am trying to do it.

[0004] In this case, there is no problem if the shore has a gentle curvature. However, when the shore is constructed in a small arc shape, a large gap is generated between adjacent cage mats, and it is difficult to construct the shore. It turned out to be bad for the scenery.

[0005] When the shore is constructed in a straight line, the construction is simple as described above, and the shore is literally straight. And it had to be a shore that was not appreciated by underwater creatures.

In order to achieve the above object, a basket mat according to the present invention comprises a front wall, left and right side walls and a rear side wall, each of which is formed in a net shape, and a space formed by these. By connecting the bottom wall and the top wall that closes up and down,
In the basket mat in which the filling material is inserted, the front wall has a convex arc shape, the length of the rear wall is shorter than the length of the front wall, and the plane shape is a convex arc on the front surface, and both side surfaces are formed. Has a configuration tapered toward the rear end.

[Operation] Retaining walls on the banks of lakes and rivers are constructed by arranging each cage mat adjacent to each other. At this time, a triangular gap is formed on the rear side of the adjacent cage mats, and the gap is filled with miscellaneous stones and earth and sand and fixed. In this part, the plants are grown and are easily greened. In addition, a straight retaining wall is constructed by arranging the tops of the front side walls of each basket mat in a straight line, but the shore at this time has irregularities due to the convex arc shape of the front surface of each basket mat, Water stagnation is formed in each recess.

[0010] In addition, each cage mat is arranged so as to have a convex arcuate curvature on the front surface thereof, whereby a convex retaining wall having a smooth arc is constructed. Also, the convex arcuate retaining wall larger than the curvature of the front surface has a convex arc shape on the front surface of each cage mat, so that a retaining wall that can give a substantially arcuate impression is constructed.

The front wall 2 has a convex arc shape. The left and right side walls 3 and 4 are bent, and the front portions connected to the front side wall 2 are parallel portions 3a and 4a facing each other in parallel.
And the inclined portions 3b, 4b inclined in a direction in which the left and right side walls 3, 4 approach each other from the parallel portion, that is, tapered.
It consists of The rear side wall 5 has a rectangular shape sufficiently shorter than the front side wall 2. The planar shape formed by each of the side walls 2 to 5 is a shape in which a front end portion is a convex arc shape, front portions on both sides are left-right parallel, and a rear portion is a left-right symmetric trapezoidal shape. The bottom wall 6 and the upper wall 7 that close the bottom side and the upper side of this space have the same shape, and the shape is a convex arc at the front end along the shape of the front wall 5, The portion has a rectangular shape with the width of the interval between the parallel portions of the side walls 3 and 4. For this reason, the rear both sides of the bottom wall 6 and the upper wall 7 are protruded right and left like fins.

Each of these side walls 2 to 5, the bottom wall 6, and the top wall 7
Is constructed by attaching a net member 12 such as a wire net to a frame member 10 and a reinforcing member 11 for reinforcing the frame member 10 by welding, winding, or the like. In FIG. 1, the left and right side walls 3 and 4 are formed by parallel portions 3a and 4a and inclined portions 3 respectively.
Although b and 4b are configured separately from each other and connected to each other by a wire, the configuration may be such that an integral member is bent.

When using the basket mat 1 having the above structure,
Each of the side walls 2 to 5 is connected, the bottom wall 6 is connected to the lower side thereof, and a filling material such as a boulder is packed inside the bottom wall 6, and then the upper wall 7 is connected to each of the side walls 2 to 5, This is a basket mat 1 packed with materials. The connection of the above-mentioned walls is performed with a strip such as a cord or a wire. The assembling of the basket mat 1 is performed either at the work base or at the site.

The front side wall 2 'has a convex arc shape similarly to the first embodiment, and the left and right side walls 3', 4 '.
And the rear side wall 5 'is rectangular. The rear side wall 5 'is sufficiently short in proportion to the length of the front side wall 2'. It has a planar shape formed by the side walls 2 'to 5', that is, a left-right symmetric trapezoidal shape having a convex arc at the tip.
And the bottom wall 6 'and the upper wall 7' which close the bottom side and the upper side of this.
Have the same shape, the front end of which is the front wall 5 '.
Is formed in a convex arc shape following the shape of the front wall 2, but the other portions are formed in a rectangular shape having a width of the length of the front wall 2 ′. For this reason, the rear side portions of the bottom wall 6 'and the upper wall 7' protrude left and right like fins.

The basket mats 1, 1 'are constructed in the first stage so that the tops of the respective arc-shaped front side walls 2, 2' are parallel to the shore line. The basket mats are moved backward from the first row and shifted by a pitch of 1/2 with respect to the arrangement of the basket mats 1, 1 'on the first row. At this time, since the rear part of each basket mat 1, 1 'is trapezoidal, the bottom walls 6, 6' and the upper walls 7, 7 are located between the rear parts of adjacent cage mats 1, 1 '. ', A triangular gap is formed, and the gap 13 is filled in the gap. By filling the back of the basket mats 1 and 1 'at the top with soil 14, trees 15 are planted in this portion. In this case, in order to prevent the soil 14 from flowing into the basket mats 1, 1 ', a sand-proof net 16 is provided along the rear side of the basket mats 1, 1'. Also, the miscellaneous stone 1 filled in the triangular gap.
Plants also protrude from the soil of the fins of the upper walls 7, 7 'and flourish from the soil 3 and the soil.
