Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preserve the global resources by efficiently recycling and utilizing, as resources, surplus soil and pulverized stone only a part of which is reused but most of which is disposed for landfilling. SOLUTION: Separation is easily carried out by transmitting low frequency vibration directly to a metal net by a low frequency vibration motor 3 and adjusting the inclination angle of the separating metal net and surplus soil is separated into recycling resources with a plurality of sizes. Moreover, the apparatus is manufactured at a low cost by using standardized materials and made foldable, so that transportation, shift, and installation of the apparatus are made easy. Surplus soil can be recycled and converted products at the time of necessity and at the site of necessity.

[MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEMS] To improve the separation efficiency,
A low-frequency vibration motor is attached directly to the wire mesh, and high vertical vibration frequency is applied directly to the wire mesh to prevent the remaining soil and crushed stone from being clogged. Further, the separation efficiency is increased by switching the inclination angle of the separation wire mesh. To reduce production costs, main structural materials are manufactured from standard materials such as H steel. For ease of transportation and installation, it is foldable and can be transported by lorry, and installation is easy. For the purpose of commercialization of recycled products, separated meshes with different meshes are combined in the upper and lower stages, and the remaining soil and crushed stone after separation can be commercialized. A circular anti-vibration rubber and a spring are installed to prevent noise due to vibration, and vibration and noise are prevented. In addition, a vibration coupling device was used to keep the vibration of the wire mesh constant. It is also possible to remove the multipurpose work, attach it to the body of the dump and separate it.

EXAMPLE When the mesh of the separation wire mesh was adjusted to the size of the recycled product and the remaining soil and crushed stone were separated, the product was separated into three sizes of recycled product without clogging. Surplus soil,
It was also confirmed that the separation efficiency was improved by adjusting the inclination angle of the separation wire mesh depending on the wetness of the crushed stone. It was confirmed that the residual soil and clay that were too wet needed to be dried.
