Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a body of the bicycle to mount/demount a tire to prevent flooding of bicycles in a parking lot of a station, a multistory apartment, etc., and anti-theft, by providing a double lock in a fork tip end of the bicycle. SOLUTION: In a tip end of a fork 1 in a bicycle body, a double lock 2 is provided, to a tire wheel shaft front-rear wheel rib 3 the double lock 2 is lightly pressed to be fitted and a lock key 4 is provided for safety. When cycling work is finished, a lock of the lock key 4 of the double lock 2 is loosened, a tire is removed, to be moved from a place thereof.
