Further, in a movable table or the like with casters, the height of the top plate can be adjusted by rotating the handle, and the stopper cannot be moved by using the stopper during use. Those are also known.
In this case, as the stopper, a structure in which a grounding member having an adjuster function is projected below a caster fixed to the lower end of the leg, or a structure in which the caster is pulled above the grounding member fixed to the lower end of the leg There are things. Normally, the top plate elevating mechanism and the stopper driving mechanism (caster driving mechanism) are independent, and they are operated using separate handles or levers. Further, it is common to provide three or more casters, and it takes time and effort to operate all the casters. In addition, this is a mechanism that turns the screw-type grounding member so that it can be moved or cannot move. When an OA device or the like is mounted on the top plate, the rotation of the grounding member is heavy and the hands become dirty. was there.

In such a movable table, desk, or the like, with a fixture whose top plate can be adjusted in height and cannot be moved during use, the height of the top plate is frequently adjusted. It is conceivable that the furniture is moved, the furniture itself is moved, or a plurality of furnitures are arranged and used. However, the top lifting mechanism and the caster drive mechanism are independent,
In the case of operating using separate handles or levers, it is necessary to change the handle or lever each time when adjusting the height of the top plate and when changing between the movable state and the immovable state. Therefore, not only the operability is poor and the operation is troublesome, but also it is practically impossible to adjust the height of the top plate in a movable state in which the casters protrude below the grounding member.
In other words, even if the height of the top plate is adjusted in a movable state, if the caster is then pulled from the grounding member to make the top plate unmovable, the height of the top plate falls and changes. In particular, when adjusting the height of the top plate of a large number of fixtures to a certain level, move other fixtures so that they are lined up with one reference fixture, pull the caster into an immovable state during use, The height of the plate is adjusted, and thereafter, the casters are protruded to move the furniture to a predetermined position, and complicated operations such as pulling in the caster again at that position are performed.

In view of the above situation, the present invention is intended to solve the problem by adjusting the height of the top plate and rotating the caster relative to the ground member fixed to the lower end of the leg by rotating one handle. It is possible to adjust the target vertical position, and the height of the top plate from the floor surface does not change by the vertical drive of the caster when changing between the movable state and the immovable state. Another object of the present invention is to provide a movable fixture with a lifting top that can adjust the height of the top only.

Further, the lever operating mechanism 18 is provided as shown in FIG.
As shown in the figure, an operation rod 54 is attached to the beam member 11 in the middle of the shafts 49 and 50 so that the center can be horizontally rotated by a vertical support shaft 53, and both ends of the operation rod 54 are respectively connected. Pins 56, 56 are pivotally attached to ends of arm rods 55, 55, which are rotatably attached to ends of shafts 49, 50, and an operation lever 57 fixed to the operation rod 54 is connected to the beam member 11. When the operating lever 57 is rotated clockwise about the support shaft 53 when the operating lever 57 is exposed forward from an opening 58 formed in the front plate, the shafts 49 and 50 are displaced so as to approach each other. The inner ends of the torque transmission wires 48, 48 are displaced upward. Conversely, when the operation lever 57 is rotated counterclockwise, the two shafts 49 and 50 are displaced away from each other, and thus the torque transmission wire 4 in the inner leg tube 15 is displaced.
The ends of 8,48 are displaced downward. Here, the torque transmission wires 48, 48 are set in three stages of the top plate adjustment mode, the tuning mode, and the caster retreat mode.
It is preferable that the operating rod 54 or the operating lever 57 is positioned by unevenness provided at an appropriate position of the beam member 11 or a locking member attached to the beam member 11 so that the vertical position of the operating member 54 can be set. Even if the shaft 49 is displaced in the axial direction, the gear 45 and the gear 47 always mesh with each other, and the rotational driving force from the handle 7 is applied to the shafts 49 and 5.
The length of the gear 47 in the axial direction is made sufficiently long so that it can be transmitted to the torque transmission wires 48 via the zero.

Finally, an example of a method of using the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The present invention operates the switching means 9,
By using the common handle 7, in the top adjustment mode, the top 2
The height adjustment of the top plate 2 and the up and down movement of the casters 5 can be performed simultaneously and synchronously in the tuning mode.
As described above, only the casters 5 can be moved up and down in the caster appearing mode. Then, as shown in FIG. 8 (a), first, in the top plate adjustment mode, in a non-movable use state in which the grounding members 4, 4 are placed on the floor F, the handle 7 is rotated to lift the floor from the floor F. The height to the upper surface of the plate 2 is adjusted to H. Thereafter, the mode is switched to the tuning mode, and when the handle 7 is rotated in the direction in which the top 2 descends, the height from the lower end of the grounding member 4 to the upper surface of the top 2 becomes H, as shown in FIG. with lowered to 1, the movable state protrudes by lower caster 5 height H 2 from the grounding member 4. However, since the relationship is set so that H 1 + H 2 = H, the height H from the floor surface F to the upper surface of the top plate 2 is always maintained. Even in the reverse operation, the height from the floor surface F to the upper surface of the top board 2 is maintained in the tuning mode. That is, in the tuning mode or the caster appearing / retracting mode, the caster 5 is made to protrude below the grounding member 4 so as to be movable, and then the height of the top 2 is adjusted in the top adjustment mode, and then the caster 5 is moved in the tuning mode. Even if it is pulled into the grounding member 4 and cannot be moved, the height of the top plate 2 after adjustment is kept constant.

Although not shown, when a table according to the present invention is used, when a table of another table is superimposed on the upper surface of the table 2 or when the table according to the present invention is moved, a caster is used. Even if the projection 5 projects downward from the grounding member 4, the height of the top plate 2 from the floor surface does not change, so that the top plate 2 can be easily moved.

According to the furniture of the present invention, the top plate can be moved up and down with respect to the legs by the top plate elevating mechanism and the lower end of the grounding member fixed to the legs is used as a reference. In a structure in which the casters can be moved up and down by the caster drive mechanism, by rotating one handle, height adjustment of the top plate and adjustment of the relative vertical position of the casters with respect to the ground member fixed to the lower end of the legs,
That is, since it is possible to perform the change between the immovable state and the movable state, the operability is extremely excellent, and the up and down drive of the caster at the time of the change between the movable state and the immovable state is achieved. Also, since the height of the top plate from the floor surface does not change, a desired set height can be obtained in an immovable use state regardless of the height adjustment of the top plate at any time.
