However, in order to reduce the weight, the rod tube main body layer is generally formed to be thin, and the presence of the fishing line guide integrally protruding with respect to this thin main body layer results in local rigidity. When the fishing rod is bent, stress concentration occurs in the rod pipe main body layer around the integrated fishing line guide, and when the fish is hooked and particularly bent greatly,
There is a possibility that the rod pipe may be damaged due to the stress concentration.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the layer having releasability is interposed, the fishing line guide is not integrated with the rod tube main body layer. Since the fishing line guide can be seen separately from the rod pipe main body layer, stress is not concentrated as in the case where the fishing line guide is integrated with the rod pipe main body layer, and damage to the rod pipe can be prevented. In claim 2,
In addition to the above operation, since the fishing line guide is provided in the recessed portion of the rod tube main body layer, it is difficult for the positions to be displaced from each other even if both are not integrated, and the fishing line is rubbed by the fishing line. The guide is stable, so that an increase in fishing line resistance can be prevented. According to the third aspect, before winding the prepreg for forming the rod tube main body layer, a release agent is applied on the upper side of the fishing line guide body, or a film-like member having a release property is provided. Therefore, after that, the prepreg of the rod pipe main body layer is wound, and then the rod pipe can be formed by heating and forming in accordance with a conventional method, and the fishing line guide protruding inside can be easily lowered through the layer having a releasing property. The rod tube formed at a cost and formed has the effect of the first aspect.

[0008] A spiral fishing line guide element is prepared in advance by impregnating a fiber with a synthetic resin to form a string. Then, the thick tape-shaped member 12 is wound around the core bar 10 while providing a gap SP. This gap is a space formed between the side edges 12a and 12b of the wound tape that is adjacent to each other. In this gap SP, polyethylene naphthalate (PEN) or polyethylene terephthalate (PEN) having heat resistance to the molding temperature is provided. With a thin tape-like member 14 such as PET) interposed,
The spiral fishing line guide element body (reference numeral 20 after molding) is wound and disposed. Before this winding, after forming the fishing line guide 20
A release agent may be applied to improve the separation between the tape member 14 and the thin tape-shaped member 14.

The thin tape-like member 14 is used for the fishing line guide 2 when the synthetic resin flows and is hardened during the rod tube heat molding.
The surface of No. 0 has no corners, is rounded, and is provided to prevent increase in fishing line resistance at the time of contact with the fishing line and to prevent damage to the fishing line. Therefore, the thin tape-shaped member 14 may not be required. Alternatively, the shape of the side edge of the thick tape-shaped member 12 may be formed by a concave curved surface, and instead of forming the outer shape of the fishing line guide 20 by the gap SP between the side edges, a thick tape is used. A concave curved surface may be formed in an outer intermediate portion of the shape member itself, and the outer shape of the fishing line guide may be defined here. Furthermore, a concave curved surface may be formed on the outside of the thick cylindrical rubber tube itself to cover the metal core, and the outer shape of the fishing line guide may be defined here.

After disposing the fishing line guide body in this manner, a release agent such as a fluorine-based or silicon-based synthetic resin, a natural wax, a synthetic wax, or an oil wax is applied thereon. In this case, the release agent must be applied on the fishing line guide body, but other areas are optional. However, since the release agent has water repellency or a property of reducing the contact resistance of the fishing line, the release agent is also provided on the upper surface of the thick tape-shaped member 12 (or the upper surface when the thin tape-shaped member 14 is used). When applied, a layer having such characteristics is formed together on the inner surface of the molded rod tube main body layer, which is preferable for reducing the yarn resistance.

After the release agent has dried, a suitable number of prepregs for the rod pipe main body layer (the rod pipe main body layer formed thereby is indicated by reference numeral 18) are wound. Thereafter, it is tightened with a tightening tape according to a conventional method, and is cured by heating. Thereafter, the cored bar 10 is removed from the state of FIG. 2 (the tightening tape is not shown), and the thick tape 12 and the thin tape 1 are removed.
4 is removed, a rod tube is formed in which the spiral fishing line guide 20 protrudes, and the inner surface of the rod tube main body layer 18 (including between the fishing line guide 20) is formed by heating the rod tube. Synthetic resin such as epoxy resin contained in the rod pipe body prepreg or the spiral fishing line guide element flows to form a thin layer 16 containing a large amount of release agent. Instead of the tightening tape, pressure molding may be performed using a mold.

The presence of this layer 16 allows the fishing line guide 20
Is not integrated with the rod pipe main body layer 18, and when the bending of the rod pipe is small, the fishing line guide 20 is apparently not separated from the rod pipe main body layer 18. However, when the bending is large, the fishing line guide 20 is separated to prevent stress concentration. . Therefore, even if it bends greatly, breakage of the rod pipe can be prevented. Further, in this embodiment, the seating surface on which the fishing line guide 20 is located is formed in the concave portion 18D on the inner surface of the main body layer 18, and the fishing line guide 20 is embedded. In the meantime, the fishing line guide 20 is stabilized with respect to the rod tube main body layer 18.

Instead of coating after the arrangement of the fishing line guide element, an ultra-thin fluorine film or the like may be wound, and then the main body prepreg may be wound. In such a molded rod tube, a layer having releasability is formed between the main body layer and the fishing line guide, and a water-repellent layer can be simultaneously formed on the inner surface of the main body layer. Instead of the fluorine film, a film made of a synthetic resin material having good thread sliding property and hard to damage, such as polyethylene or polypropylene, may be used. Furthermore, you may combine with the film which has mold release properties, such as the said fluorine film. In addition, the production of the rod pipe mainly involves the work of winding around a cored bar, but this working temperature is normal temperature. Therefore, the use of a thermoplastic resin having releasability, water repellency and thread sliding property is not sticky, and the workability is good. Further, since the thermoplastic resin has a high melting temperature, it is difficult to completely melt even at a rod tube forming temperature, and a thin film-like layer is easily formed as it is.

In general, the rod pipe main body layer 18 is made of the thin inner layer 1.
8A, a thick intermediate layer 18B in which the reinforcing fibers are oriented substantially in the axial direction, and a thin outer layer 18C in which the reinforcing fibers are oriented substantially in the circumferential direction. If the reinforcing fibers of the prepreg of the inner layer are mainly oriented substantially in the circumferential direction, the fishing line guide 20 is molded in the prepreg at the time of forming the rod tube, which is convenient for achieving the structure of claim 2. . Further, the impregnated resin ratio is preferably larger than that of the intermediate layer or the outer layer. For example, the content is 30% by weight or more, preferably 40 or 50% by weight or more. The embedding state of the fishing line guide may be in a shallow range inside the inner layer, and the reinforcing fibers of the intermediate layer 18B are preferably prevented from meandering under the influence of the embedding and directed in the axial direction.

However, in a small-diameter rod tube such as a tip rod, the reinforcing fibers of the inner layer 18A are not oriented in the circumferential direction.
With respect to the axial length direction, for example, an ultrathin prepreg oriented in a +45 degree direction and an ultrathin prepreg oriented in a -45 degree direction orthogonal to the prepreg are formed by overlapping to prevent twisting other than collapse of the spikestick. However, the strength is improved and the reinforcement by the fishing line guide is not required. The oblique angle may be ± 30 degrees or the like, that is, the angle may be symmetrical with respect to the axial direction.
Each ultra-thin prepreg has a thickness of less than 50 microns, preferably less than 30 microns.

If the reinforcing fibers of the inner layer are directed substantially in the axial direction, the fibers exert a holding force on the fishing line guide, so that the fishing line guide is not buried, and when it is greatly bent, it is easy to peel off in appearance. Stress relaxation becomes easy. Such a line guide may be other than a helical line guide in which the fibers are oriented in the direction along the length of the guide, for example a separate annular line guide. In the above description, the fishing line guide 20 is a spiral fishing line guide, but may be an individual annular fishing line guide, and there is no limitation.

As is clear from the above description, according to the first aspect of the present invention, since the layer having releasability is interposed, the fishing line guide is not integrated with the rod tube main body layer. If the bending of the rod tube becomes large, it will be apparent that the rod line will be separated from the rod tube body layer, and stress concentration will not occur as in the case where the fishing line guide is integrated with the rod tube body layer, and the rod tube will not be concentrated. Damage can be prevented. According to the second aspect, in addition to the above, since the fishing line guide is embedded in the concave portion of the rod tube main body layer, the two positions are hardly displaced even though they are not integrated, and the fishing line is rubbed by the fishing line. The guide is stable, so that an increase in fishing line resistance can be prevented.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, before winding the prepreg for forming the rod tube main body layer, a release agent is applied on the fishing line guide body, or a film-like member having a release property is applied. Since it is arranged, after this, the prepreg of the rod pipe main body layer is wound, and thereafter the rod pipe can be formed by heating and forming according to a conventional method, and the fishing line guide protruding into the inside through the layer having a releasing property. It is easily provided at low cost.
