Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the wiring manhour for attachment of a sensor, to eliminate the erroneous wiring and to facilitate the replacement of sensors by attaching a socket to an I/O wiring saving terminal and also attaching a plug to the sensor amplifier part. SOLUTION: A socket is attached to an I/O wiring saving terminal 1, and the functions of a sensor signal line and a power line are given to the socket. A plug is attached to an amplifier part 2 of a sensor. The power to be supplied to the terminal 1 is also supplied to the sensor via the socket. The input signal sent from the sensor is inputted to the terminal 1 via the plug. The terminal 1 has such a holding function to prevent the sensor from being naturally removed. Therefore, no wiring is needed at all between the terminal 1 and the sensor. Thus, there's no need to wire a linear power line to the sensor and therefore no attachment space is needed for the sensor. As a result, the wiring manhour is reduced for attachment of the sensor and also the wrong wiring is eliminated.
