【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 おもて表紙と裏表紙そしてこれらおもて
表紙と裏表紙との間に位置する背表紙とからなるバイン
ダ本体と、前記おもて表紙と背表紙のいずれか一方に設
けられる紙葉綴じ手段とを有するバインダであって、 前記紙葉綴じ手段は、前記バインダの縦方向長さに等し
いかそれより僅かに短い長さを有する帯状の基板部と、
この基板部の長手方向一端縁部に延在し、前記背表紙の
長手方向に直交する長さである厚み方向長さに略等しい
か僅かに短い高さをもって平板状に立設された第1壁部
と、この第1壁部と間隔をおいてその内側に立設された
第2壁部と、前記第1および第2壁部間の間隙内に延在
し、その一端部が前記基板部の長手方向上端部に回動自
在に支持されたレバー部材と、このレバー部材の自由端
を上方に弾性的に偏倚させるため一端は前記レバー部材
に固定され、他端は前記第2壁部の内側の前記基板部上
に延在するバネ部材と、このバネ部材の他端に揺動自在
に取り付けられ、前記レバー部材の自由端を下方に押圧
したとき前記バネ部材の弾性力により前記基板部方向に
押圧され、前記基板部との間に紙葉の角部を挟持する押
え部材と、前記レバー部材の自由端を下方に押圧したと
きその状態を保持するように前記レバー部材を係止する
係止手段とを有することを特徴とするバインダ。
