変形誘導筒7の一面と、壁面板8に圧接してガイド板1
0を安定させる弾星部材13をビス14で固定してあ
る。従ってガイド板10は任意の傾斜角度に調節して後
述する円板状回転刃16に接近し、野菜類を所望の斜め
切りを行なうことができると共に、前記変形誘導筒7よ
り挿入した野菜類は円板状回転刃16で直角に細断す
る。固定板部材3はモータ2の軸17を貫通し固定太陽
歯車18をその周りの中空回転盤19で被覆し、中空回
転盤19にビス20によつてモーター軸17を固定す
る。中空回転盤19内には固定太陽歯車18と噛み合い
その周りを自転し公転する遊星歯車21の軸22を設
け、先端に前記円板状回転刃16を固着し、円板状回転
刃16が斜め切り間隙9と変形誘導筒7に接近し対向す
る。そして中空回転盤19の前面にゴム等の弾性体23
を介してねじ24で円形回転板25を取付け、円形回転
板25の偏心円孔26から前記円板状回転刃16を露出
させ、円形回転板25を変形誘導筒7と斜め切り間隙9
に対向して位置させる。27は全体を支える屈曲脚、2
