め部を設け、そのヒンジ接続部で接続受け体にそこのヒ
ンジ支持部を介してヒンジ接続した一対の巻締めバンド
と、及びこの一対の巻締めバンドを、そのボルト締め部
でボルト締めすることにより支柱に巻き付けて固定する
締付けボルトとからなっていることを特徴とする装柱金
