Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring apparatus, which omits a vibration sensing mechanism and a switching mechanism so that its reliability is affected very little by the aged deterioration of its parts, and which does not require driving power and can be used to suit various purposes by automatically changing its connected state when sensing the vibration of an earthquake, etc., with its sensitivity to vibration being unlikely to be altered by construction work. SOLUTION: After a front panel 1 and a main body casing 4 are pinched and fitted together, a handle 2 is inserted into an opening, and after a weight 6 is mounted in a cam box 5, it is inserted into the shank of the handle 2 and fixed by a pine needle pin 7 to install a dustproof cover 14. Further, after a lever 8 is rotationally attached to a mounting plate 10, it is attached to the main body casing 4, an on/off microswitch 9 wired with a common terminal wire, a normally closed terminal wire, and a normally open terminal wire is installed, and a back panel 11 is installed.

Conventionally, it has been widely known that a fire such as gas is eliminated when an earthquake occurs, but it has not been well known to unplug a power plug of an electric product from an outlet. However, because the power plug was still plugged in, the switch was turned on due to falling objects, etc., despite equipment that had an earthquake-resistant stop device, and damage to electrical products and short-circuiting of the power cord could cause a fire in the event of an earthquake. Obtained. In addition, in the event of a major earthquake while sleeping at night, there is no need to wait for the shaking to settle down. There were many things. In general, when manually operating a breaker when evacuating after an earthquake, it is not possible to judge whether the indoor evacuation situation is complete because all power including the lighting is shut off. In an emergency, it is extremely difficult, and there is a problem about who will ultimately operate the breaker at which point, as well as how to install the breaker and how to operate it. In addition, in an unspecified large number of facilities such as customer attracting facilities, it is assumed that operation is impossible depending on actual site conditions including responsibilities. Also,
Evacuation behavior itself is not easy for vulnerable people such as children, the elderly and the disabled, and it is considered impossible to operate a breaker in an emergency. In addition, the idea of automatically turning off the breaker means that the power including the lighting is indiscriminately and uniformly shut off, which may lead to further damage. Therefore, it is best to comprehensively secure the necessary parts such as the evacuation route etc. by automatically turning on the individual evacuation lights with the switch part and automatically shutting off the individual equipment at the outlet part for the equipment to be shut off. Is determined.

When used for a long time, the amount of light is insufficient and the battery cannot be put to practical use. In addition, the rechargeable battery has a risk of explosion due to overcharging.

Also, even if a power failure occurs immediately after a large earthquake, if the electrical product is damaged due to a fall or the like and the power cord is compressed by a fallen object, the damaged portion or the compression portion may generate heat after the restoration of the power failure. When an earthquake occurs near the sea, it is necessary to evacuate to a hill immediately in a coastal area due to the fear of a tsunami. However, in the absence of a tsunami, such as when a fire had occurred in an out-of-home residence, no initial firefighting activities could be performed.

Further, in the automatic power supply opening / closing switch mechanism of the present invention, the vibration sensing mechanism utilizes a natural fall due to shaking, so that it is left for a long period of time unlike the conventional apparatus. When this was done, there was a malfunction due to rust or deterioration of the parts. However, in this device, all the rotating contact surfaces are made of heat-resistant reinforced resin, metal weights etc. are surrounded with resin, etc. .

The outlet-integrated vibration-sensing actuated automatic power on / off switch mechanism constructed as described above is connected to the embedded outlet (13) by the common terminal line (15) and the normally closed terminal line (1).
If the 6) is connected in series, the power supply is automatically cut off when vibration such as an earthquake is detected, so even if the electrical product is damaged or the power cord is short-circuited, the power supply from the embedded outlet The supply is cut off, which prevents electricity from flowing.

When the common terminal line (15) and the normally open terminal line (17) are connected in parallel to the embedded switch (12), the lighting equipment is automatically turned on when vibration is sensed. It is effective in earthquakes, and the presence of light makes it easy to perform calm judgments and danger avoidance actions. In addition, the use of this device to shut off and supply power during an earthquake seems to be contradictory, but when investigating the cause of a fire during an earthquake, many of the power sources remain plugged into a power outlet. Due to products, fires from lighting equipment wired indoors were rare. Some people think that a power failure will occur immediately after the earthquake, but power transmission will continue as long as there is no abnormality in the power transmission facilities. Therefore, it is necessary to secure the minimum necessary lighting during evacuation, and then disconnect the power cord of electrical appliances that may cause a fire, to ensure safety. With this device, it is possible to respond to the demand for power supply and cutoff. I can do it.

Further, the device according to the present invention exerts its effect by adding the functions which the device can have when the conventional switch and the embedded outlet are in an emergency. Therefore, it can be used as a normal switch and an embedded outlet in normal times.

1. After fixing the outer shell (4) of the main body to the front plate (1), the knob (2) is inserted, and the camshaft (5) in which the weight (6) is inserted in the knob shaft is passed through the crutch pin (7). And the cam box and the knob are coaxially rotated. When the knob is manually rotated, the lever (8) is rotated by the cam portion provided on the cam box. A shaft is provided at the tip of the rotated lever, and the operating actuator of the switching microswitch (9) is pushed, the normally closed end is opened, and the normally open terminal is connected. Such a mechanism state is defined as an origin. When a vibration acceleration equal to or greater than a set value is applied to the origin state, the weight of the cam box loses balance and falls naturally in a predetermined rotation direction. The lever (8) is driven by the reaction force, and the operating body actuator of the switching micro switch (9) which has been pressed thereby returns, and the contact between the normally closed terminal and the normally open terminal with respect to the common terminal switches. In this manner, the apparatus has a mechanism capable of manually repeating the origin state and the spontaneous drop drive when vibration is sensed, whereby the connection state of the electric circuit is opened or switched. The dimensions of this device are 51.0 mm long and 46.
The depth of the outer surface of the 5 mm main body and the back plate (11) is 37.0.
