Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a camera apparatus for visual searching and confirmation at the time of searching a survivor in a collapsed building or house in the case of a disaster, and at a narrow spot such as the inside of a pipe in which a human hardly gets at a construction site, at a dark or dangerous place, or underwater. SOLUTION: A compact CCD television camera, an illumination lamp, a condenser microphone for collecting sound and a microphone speaker for calling are incorporated in a camera part 30 provided at an elastic grasping bar 20 where a leading edge tube is made flexible to adjust a retrieving angle; and the camera part 30 is constituted so that a current is supplied from a DC power source part at hand. The camera part 30 is led to a desired spot to be retrieved through the bar 20 and a video from the desired spot to be retrieved obtained by the compact CCD television camera by the longitudinal direction motion and the oscillating motion thereof is visually retrieved at hand or on a television receiver at the remote desired spot, and confirmed by executing two-way communication between the camera part 30 and a head set.

[0004] Police dogs and disaster rescue dogs, together with trainers, rush to the buildings, houses, etc. and rubble to find people who have been buried or trapped under collapsed buildings, houses, etc., or rubble. Sniff the odor of humans to signal the existence of survivors. However, the number of police dogs and rescue dogs was extremely small, and in the case of a collapse due to a large earthquake, effective detection was almost impossible.

Therefore, the present inventor has already proposed a C for visual search.
Although a CD camera device was proposed, the tip of a telescopic gripping rod to which a camera unit containing a small CCD television camera, illumination lamp, condenser microphone for sound collection, and microphone / speaker for interrogation is fixed is flexible. Therefore, even if the camera section is guided to a required search location, the search cannot be performed effectively.

In addition, since a small CCD television camera and an illumination lamp are built in a curved case of a narrow tip camera section, light of the illumination lamp emits light in the curved case of the camera section. Since the halation is caused by the reflection plate, there is a serious defect that a clear image of a required searched portion cannot be transmitted to the television receiver.

Further, when a known CCD camera device for visual search is used in water, the CCD camera device and the illumination lamp are arranged in separate cases. Because of the need for a shaped container, the overall configuration was necessarily inevitably large.
