Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus direct connection type cable terminal box wherein an insulating tube is not rotated at the time of assembling and dismantling, dropping due to rotation can be perfectly prevented, and assembling is enabled without considering relative positional relation for anchoring a shield cylinder of a fixed pin. SOLUTION: A bellows 21 which is continuously connected with a fixed pin 11' and on which an insulating tube 22 is fixed is installed in a conductor leading-out rod 4, and anchoring between the fixed pin 11' and a trench in a shield cylinder 5 is operated by expansion and contraction of the bellows 21. It is preferable that a trench in the shield cylinder 5 anchoring the fixed pin 11' is made as a continuous ring shape in a circumference direction. It is also preferable that the bellows 21 is made a single body and connected between two fixed pins positioned in contrary directions. The bellows 21 may be connected independently with the respective fixed pins positioned in different directions, or interposed independently between the two fixed pins.

2. Description of the Related Art FIG. 6 shows an outline of an equipment direct connection type cable termination box in which a head of an insulator tube is sealed. As shown,
The device-directed cable termination box has a cable 3 inserted from below into a porcelain tube 2 attached to a device case wall 1, and a conductor lead rod 4 connected to the end of the cable 3 is provided at the head of the porcelain tube 2. The insulator tube 2 is supported by a metal shield tube 5.
An insulating gas is sealed between the device case wall 1 and the device case wall 1. The shield tube 5 is a sealing member for preventing the insulating gas from entering the porcelain tube 2 (dielectric breakdown may occur if the insulating gas enters the porcelain tube 2) and a conductor lead rod. 4 also serves as a connection fitting for connecting the terminal section of the device.

The above insulator tube 2 penetrates a hole 6 formed in the equipment case wall 1 and is attached to the equipment case wall 1 with a bolt 7. The shield tube 5 is formed of a metal bottomed cylinder (non-penetrating type), and is embedded in the head of the insulator tube 2 so as to hermetically close it. The lower part of the conductor pull-out bar 4 is formed in a sleeve shape, and the conductor end 8 exposed by stripping the cable 3 is compression-connected thereto.
The upper part of the conductor lead-out bar 4 is formed in a rod shape, and is engaged with a recess formed in the shield tube 5. As shown in FIG. 7, holes 9 are formed in the center of the conductor lead rod 4 horizontally in the radial direction at intervals of 180 degrees, and are urged in the holes 9 by springs 10 so as to protrude outward. Fixed pin 11 is accommodated. On the other hand, arcuate engagement grooves 12 are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the shield cylinder 5 along the circumferential direction at intervals of 180 degrees.

The fixing pins 11 are fitted and locked in these engagement grooves 12 as the cable 3 is inserted into the insulator tube 2. That is, when the conductor extraction rod 4 is inserted into the insulator 2 along with the cable 3, the fixing pin 11 protruding from the outer peripheral surface of the conductor extraction rod 4 slides on the tapered portion 13 on the inner peripheral surface of the insulator tube 2 to form a hole. The insulator tube 2 is rotated so that the fixing pin 11 is aligned with the engagement groove 12 (long-diameter portion) in this state. Then, the fixing pin 11 is fitted and locked in the engagement groove 12, and the conductor pull-out bar 4 is fixed to the shield tube 5 in a state where it cannot be removed. When the insulator tube 2 is rotated by 90 degrees from this state to move the fixing pin 11 to the outside (short diameter portion) of the engaging groove 12, the fixing pin 11 is pushed into the hole 9 of the conductor lead rod 4. Since the fixing pin 11 is released from the locked state with the engaging groove 12, the insulator tube can be removed.

However, in the cable termination box directly connected to equipment as described above (FIGS. 6 and 7), it is necessary to rotate the insulator tube 2 around 90 degrees at the time of assembly or disassembly.
This is an effective means when the voltage is low and the insulator tube 2 is relatively weighed. However, when the insulator tube 2 is extremely high pressure, the operation of rotating the insulator tube 2 is very severe because the insulator tube 2 is large and heavy. In particular, when the cable termination box attaches the porcelain tube 2 to the device not vertically but horizontally, the operation becomes more severe.

Further, when the cable 3 is rotated by 90 degrees during operation of the power transmission line due to a rotational force due to some cause (such as twisting of the cable conductor), the fixing pin 11 is inserted into the hole 9 of the conductor lead rod 4. Into the disengaged state,

According to the present invention, there is provided a cable end box directly connected to equipment provided with a non-penetrating shield tube which is embedded so as to be tightly plugged at an end of a porcelain tube, and inserted into the shield tube. In combination with the conductor pull-out rod on the cable side, a fixing pin is provided on the outer portion of the conductor pull-out rod so as to be able to protrude and retract in the radial direction and toward the outside, and this fixing pin is engaged with the groove in the shield cylinder. In this structure, a bellows connected to a fixing pin and having an insulative tube is provided inside the conductor drawing rod, and the engagement between the fixing pin and the groove in the shield cylinder is controlled by expansion and contraction of the bellows. It is like that.

A fluid, such as a liquid or a gas, is charged, and when it is pressurized to some extent, it expands, and when the pressure decreases, it contracts. The fixing pin of the bellows (flange portion) inside the conductor pull-out rod is designed so that when the bellows is extended, the fixing pin protrudes from the outer peripheral surface of the conductor pull-out rod, and when the bellows contracts, the fixing pin pulls out the conductor. It is advisable to adjust the pin length so that it is pulled into the rod.

The procedure for assembling and disassembling the equipment-directed cable termination box having the above structure will be described. First, at the time of assembly, pressure is not applied to the bellows 21 and the fixing pin 1
With the 1 'retracted into the conductor extraction rod 4', the conductor extraction rod 4 'is inserted into the insulator tube 2 together with the cable 3. The conductor extraction rod 4 ′ is inserted into the shield tube 5, and the fixing pin 1
When 1 'reaches the position of the ring-shaped groove 12', the inside of the bellows 21 is pressurized with a fluid from the insulating tube 22. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the bellows 21 is extended, and the fixed pin 11 'connected to the bellows protrudes from the conductor extraction rod 4' and is fitted and locked in the ring-shaped groove 12 '. In this state, the end of the insulating tube is sealed as shown in FIG. As a result, the bellows 21 remains extended, and the state in which the fixing pin 11 ′ is locked in the ring-shaped groove 12 ′ is maintained, so that the structure for preventing the falling off is achieved.
