Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a tightening condition and raise a work speed by using a belt at such a place as obstructing the insertion of a ratchet wrench for tightening a hexagon head bolt (nut). SOLUTION: A belt 2 screwed to both ends of a holder 1 having two parallel plates freely flexible in a breadthwise direction, is wound around a hexagon head bolt (nut) 3 and, then, the holder 1 is pulled back, thereby applying torque to the external surface of the hexagon head bolt (nut) 3.

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は回しにくい場所にある六角ボルト（ナット）
をベルト（平ベルト・歯付ベルト）を巻き付けラチエッ
トレンチを使う正転逆転の要領で迅速に締め付ける工具
である。ラチエットレンチの入らない場合の六角ボルト
（ナット）の締め付けは通常スパナを差し込みわずかな
角度を回し再び差し込みの繰り返しで時間のかゝる不愉
快な作業である。本発明はその欠点を除く為に発明され
たもので図面について説明すれば二枚の平行板を持つ
のホルダーの両先端にのベルトをネジ止め固定する。
二枚の平行板の巾は自由に変形しベルトは脱着可能であ
る。六角ボルト（ナット）にベルトを巻き締め付け方向
にホルダーを引けば平行板▲Ａ▼の先端部分がベルトの
▲Ａ´▼部を押え平行板▲Ｂ▼はベルト▲Ｂ´▼部を引
っ張る形に成り六角ボルト（ナット）の外周に強く密着
し回転力を与える。ホルダーを反転すれば密着力が解け
ホルダーのみ復帰する。この正転・逆転を繰り返せば迅
速な締め付け作業が行なえる。なおこの構成で十分な締
め付け力が得られるがベルトの材質を考慮し仮締めに留
めスパナによる本締めが好ましい。本発明はベルトを使
用しその変形性を利用したものであり隙間のない場所で
の六角ボルト（ナット）の締め付けを迅速且つ簡単に行
