Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add the function of collecting lightweight materials such as sheets, tapes, cords and paper to a bag filter device without reducing dust collecting efficiency. SOLUTION: In a device body 1, the flow of dust containing air is deflected almost at a right angle to direct it toward filters 13, and also lightweight materials are removed by separators 5 on this side of the filters 13. That is, the dust containing air that contains lightweight materials is diffused and straightened in an upper horizontally introducing passage 3a, and also its flow velocity is decreased, and moreover, it flows in a side vertically introducing passage 3b to change its direction, allowing lightweight materials to be surely separated. The lightweight materials are blocked by the separators 5 to sharply decrease the inflow thereof to a dust collecting chamber 2. The separated lightweight materials descend in the side vertically introducing passage 3b and are discharged to the outside by a discharging means 17. On the other hand, after the dust containing air that has entered the dust collecting chamber 2 gets rid of dust by the filter 23, the purified air reaches a clean chamber 12 and is discharged to outside the device body 2 from a discharge port. Dust collected by the filters 13 descends in the duct collecting chamber 2 and is discharged from a dust recovering means 15.

However, the above-mentioned pre-duster device F is usually of a cyclone type, that is, it separates the above-mentioned lightweight objects by utilizing centrifugal force. Due to the large resistance, it is extremely difficult to completely separate by the centrifugal force. Therefore, it is entrained by the dust-containing air toward the bag filter device G and enters the bag filter device G. Cause. For this reason, a periodic removal operation is required. Further, providing the pre-duster device F and the bag filter device G side by side has a problem that the space is increased and the cost is increased.

The dust-containing air containing the light-weight material flowing from the inlet 6 of the bag filter device at a considerable speed (for example, 20 m / s) collides with the inclined plate 4a of the upper horizontal introduction passage 3a, and then the upper horizontal introduction passage 3a. Although it flows down, the inflow port 6 is formed at a position away from the side vertical introduction path 3b, so in the process, it flows while spreading in a substantially horizontal direction, and its speed is greatly reduced. The dust-containing air diffused at a low speed in this manner is deflected downward above the side vertical introduction path 3b, while the lightweight object a therein is reduced by inertia due to the decrease in the speed. As a result, the device body 1 separates from (or jumps out of) the dust-containing air, falls under its own weight near the side wall of the apparatus main body 1, or collides with the side wall and falls as indicated by the arrow. As described above, the dust-containing air is sufficiently rectified in the upper horizontal introduction passage 3a, so that the separation from the lightweight object a is reliably performed.

The dust-containing air b deflected downward flows down in the side vertical introduction path 3b, passes through the separator 5 of the side vertical introduction path 3b, enters the dust collection chamber 2, and is filtered by the filter 13. Is done. That is, the dust c adheres to the outer surface of the filter 13, and the clean air d that has entered the filter 13 enters the clean room 12 and is discharged from the discharge port 19 to the atmosphere via the blower E. On the other hand, the light object a loses its inertia and
Along the side wall of the container, gravity sinks down the side vertical introduction path 3b, and is collected from the terminal opening 17c through the discharge chute 16, the lightweight object collecting means 17, that is, the transfer screw conveyor 17a, and the extrusion screw conveyor 17b. At this time, the damper 18 of the terminal opening 17c is pushed open by a lightweight object.

Here, when the dust-containing air passes through the filter 13, it is set (at least 25 mmAq or more) so that a predetermined pressure difference (pressure loss) is generated between the inside and the outside of the filter 13. When passing through the gap 8 of the separator 5 via the side vertical introduction path 3b, the flow rate per unit area becomes substantially uniform over the entire surface. For this reason, the light material a hardly gets caught (entrained) in the dust-containing air b and flows into the dust collection chamber 2.

For example, even if a part of the light-weight material attempts to enter the dust collection chamber 2, the light-weight material attached to the wire 5 of the separator 5 is trapped by the separator 5 and collected. The wire 7 will fall off and fall due to the vibration and gravity of the lower end of the wire 7 due to the collision of the airflow and the lightweight object. Therefore, an increase in pressure loss due to the attachment of the lightweight object to the filter 13 is significantly suppressed, and the removal is significantly reduced.

The dust c collected by the filter 13
Is dusted off by a separately provided known dust removing means (for example, a method in which compressed air is blown into the filter 13 from a backwash air nozzle incorporated in the cleaning chamber 12 or a backwashing method), and dust is collected. Collected by the use means 15. That is, it is collected via the transfer screw conveyor 15a and the discharge rotary valve 15b.

As the filter 13, a filter (filter cloth) of a commonly used dust collecting apparatus has a pressure loss (13 mmAq).
) Is small and uniform inflow of dust-containing air into the dust collection chamber 2 cannot be expected, so that a pressure loss (at least 25 mmAq or more) for causing uniform dust-containing air to flow into the dust collection chamber 2 is generated. Then, the outer surface of the bag filter is pre-coated with lime or another filter aid or laminated.

In the embodiment, the light-weight object and the dust are separately collected by the dust-collecting means 15 and the light-weight-object collecting means 17, respectively.
5 is connected to the transfer screw conveyor 15a of FIG. 5 by extending and extruding the screw conveyor 17b of the lightweight material collecting means 17 so that the lightweight material and dust are merged and collected, whereby the discharge rotary valve 15b is discharged. Can be omitted.

Further, the dust-containing air is supplied to the side vertical introduction path 3b.
, The air passes through the separator 5 at low wind speed and evenly, so that the inflow of the separated lightweight material into the filter 13 is greatly reduced, and the rise in pressure loss accompanying the attachment of the lightweight material to the filter 13 is greatly suppressed. In addition, even if some light-weight objects are entrained in the air, they are surely collected by the separator 5.
