However, as described above, in order to place the piercing needle in the synthetic resin bag-shaped container so that the needle can be pierced by operation from outside of the container at the required time, it is necessary to wait until the necessary time. It is necessary to ensure that the film is temporarily fixed so that the thin film is not damaged by the piercing needle. Further, in order to advance the piercing needle perpendicular to the thin film, a piercing needle guide, for example, a tubular guide of a desired length in an externally fitted state is required. The equivalent length is not directly involved in the original piercing and communication, so the entire length of the piercing needle and its attached members to be stored in the synthetic resin bag-shaped container is the same as that of the piercing itself. The length is considerably longer than the required length, which hinders the storage of infusion containers with a built-in piercing needle, preparation of infusions, infusion workability, etc., and is shorter and shorter than the entire length of conventional piercing needles and their attached members. It has been desired to develop a piercing needle and the necessary accessory members.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings, but the technical scope of the present invention is not limited by the following embodiments. Note that the same reference numerals are given to portions common to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an example of an infusion container according to the present invention, in which a vial 2 and a synthetic resin bag-like container 1 to which the vial is connected are partially cut away along a central axis at the time of the connection. It is a chipping sectional view. The vial 2 contains a drug that is diluted or dissolved by the drug solution in the synthetic resin bag-shaped container 1 and has an opening 2a.
Is provided with a rubber stopper 2c that can be pierced by a piercing needle 3j described later. The rubber stopper 2c does not come off during storage of the vial or during the above-described piercing, and it is particularly preferable if the piercing is easy. Although the shape is not limited, a thick piercing needle having a diameter of 4 to 6 mm may be used in order to shorten the working time of the dilution or dissolution. For safety, the top surface portion 2d of the rubber stopper is opened at the opening of the vial. It extends to the opening front end surface 2b of the portion 2a, and the leg portion is a tubular leg portion 2f having an inside diameter easy to pass through the piercing needle, and further from the outer surface of the neck portion of the vial opening 2a to the outer periphery of the top surface portion 2d of the rubber stopper. It is preferable to fasten with an annular metal or synthetic resin rubber stopper fixture 2h that covers the leading part. The size of the rubber stopper fixing device is determined by the size and shape of the neck portion of the vial, the thickness of the rubber stopper, and the like, but usually a diameter of 20 to 21 mm and a height of 5 to 6 mm are used. The rubber stopper fixture 2h has a top surface 2 of the rubber stopper.
The inner diameter of the annular portion that covers the outer periphery of d is sufficient if it has a diameter equal to or greater than the diameter of the thin film 1c described below, and is not particularly limited, but usually a diameter of about 7 to 13 mm is used.
The top surface 2e is sterilized by irradiation of ultraviolet rays or the like during the infusion operation, or is coated so as to maintain the sterilized state, and is appropriately peeled and pierced.

The synthetic resin bag-shaped container 1 is obtained by cutting a long synthetic resin tubular body obtained from one or more layers of a flat film or a hollow molded film into a desired length, and cutting the upper and lower ends (lower end). (Not shown) is a bag-shaped container in which a heat seal portion 1n is formed, and the synthetic resin used is low-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, medium-density, high-density polyethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. A combined saponified product is preferably used. The synthetic resin bag-like container 1 includes:
As described above, the liquid for dissolving or diluting the medicine is stored, and the opening 1a provided in at least one of the heat seal portions is connected to the vial, and the vial serving as a connecting tool is connected for convenience of liquid passing. The can body 1b for insertion is integrally mounted. The vial insertion can 1b has a bottom plate 1e and a wall surface 1d, and a thin film 1c which is pierced and broken by a piercing needle 3j is formed at the center of the bottom plate 1e. The thin film 1c
Therefore, the size of the piercing needle must of course be at least large enough to allow the piercing needle to pass therethrough, and since the shape is preferably circular, it is necessary that the piercing needle has a diameter of 4 to 6 mm or more. A diameter of 9 mm is preferred.

The material of the can-shaped body 1b for inserting a vial is not particularly limited, but is the same as the material of the synthetic resin bag-like container 1 in consideration of the liquid-tight attachment to the opening 1a. Or at least a material easily heat-fused is selected, and the same low-density polyethylene, high-density polyethylene, polyolefin such as polypropylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer or a saponified product thereof are suitable, alone or Used by being laminated. The thickness of the can is determined in consideration of the rigidity in maintaining its shape, the elastic deformation when inserting the vial, and the fixing and holding ability of the vial. It becomes necessary, but 1
About 2 mm is sufficient. Since the thin film seals the liquid in the synthetic resin bag-shaped container 1, it must have strength to withstand accidental external pressure applied to the container.
It is preferably of a thickness of about one degree, and may be formed integrally with the vial can-inserting body 1b, or may be separately formed and bonded. In addition, it is natural that a diameter larger than the diameter of the piercing needle described later is required, and when the needle diameter is 4 to 6 mm, a diameter of about 5 to 8 mm is required.

j, the piercing needle pedestal 3e and the curved plate 3 are disposed in the synthetic resin bag-shaped container 1, so that they react with the stored liquid, contain components leached into the liquid, or are dissolved. Naturally, the material must not be a material, and among the materials used for the synthetic resin bag-like container 1, a material having high rigidity is preferably used. Specifically, high-density polyethylene and polypropylene are preferable, and polypropylene is particularly preferable including hinge characteristics. The curved plate is preferably required to have a rigidity that hardly causes deformation.
A sheet having a thickness of 5 mm is preferred, but 1.0 to 2.0 m
m thickness is particularly preferred. The hinge characteristics required for the hinge portion according to the present invention are as follows: between each curved surface portion, the hinge portion connecting each curved surface portion, the piercing needle pedestal, and the connection plate, the piercing needle of usually 2 to 7 kg by the operator. The bending stiffness is such that it is bent only after receiving the pressing stress, and the liquid stored in the container 1 is
It is sufficient that the sheet has a strength capable of repeating bending at a maximum of 180 degrees at least several times. When polypropylene is used, the thickness is preferably 20 to 200 μm, and 50 to 1 μm.
00 μm is more preferred. The hinge is usually 0.5 width
It is formed into a groove shape of 11 mm.

Although the brief description of the relationship between the circular holes formed in the curved plates 3 and 3 and the piercing needle has been described above, FIG. The pedestal 3e
And side views of the curved plates 3 and 3;
FIG. 3 is a view taken along line XX of FIG. 2 (however, a piercing needle is not shown). 3b 'in FIG. 3 is an end face of each curved surface portion. A circular hole 3r having a diameter of usually about 2 to 4 mm is formed in a place including the closest portions 3p, 3p of the upper curved surface portions 3b, 3b, and a piercing needle 3j is formed at an upper portion 3s of the inner periphery of the circular hole. Contact with the generatrix of the conical tip 3k, lower part 3t
In this case, the piercing needle comes into contact with the generatrix of the cylindrical rear end portion 3m to prevent the piercing needle from rolling. FIG. 3 shows an inverted trapezoidal shape, and the width of the connection plate 3c and the width of the pedestal 3e are 10 to 1 respectively.
About 5 mm and about 7 to 10 mm are preferable. But,
The present invention is not particularly limited as long as the fixedness between the curved plate 3 and the bottom surface 1g of the vial insertion can 1b and the piercing needle pedestal 3e is strong, and there is no horizontal swing in the figure. Not something. Therefore, it may be rectangular. In this way, the axis of the piercing needle is stabilized by fixing the circular hole and the curved plate up and down.

FIG. 4 is a partial view of FIG. 1 or FIG. 2, and explains that in the present invention, the angle between the upper curved surface and the generatrix of the conical tip of the piercing needle is an important requirement. And the angle こ と が needs to be less than 90 degrees. By making the angle less than 90 degrees,
When the piercing needle is pushed up from below, the generatrix of the piercing needle acts on the upper inner peripheral portion 3s of the circular hole, and the upper curved surface portions 3b, 3b are separated from each other about the upper hinge portions 3g, 3g as the center of rotation. The phenomenon occurs. Conversely, if it is 90 degrees or more, the stresses applied to the upper curved surface portions will act in a direction approaching each other, and the piercing needle will not be able to advance.

Further, by setting the length between the upper hinge portions 3g, 3g to be equal to or less than the length between the lower hinge portions 3i, 3i, the circular hole formed by the conical tip of the piercing needle 3j is formed. The inner peripheral upper portion 3s is pushed up to raise the upper curved surface portions 3b, 3
b, the center hinge portions 3h, 3h are more easily bent in a direction in which the upper curved surface portion 3b and the lower curved surface portion 3a approach inward, and the lower hinge portions 3i, 3i become lower curved surface portions 3a, 3a. It becomes easier to bend in the direction in which the gap 3a opens, and it is more convenient to be far from a position where it does not hinder the advance of the piercing needle 3j.

FIG. 5 shows a state in which the opening side of the vial 2 is inserted into the vial inserting can 1b in FIG. 1, and the rubber stopper fixing tool 2h is hermetically sealed to the inner wall 1i of the wall 1d of the can 1b. A projection 1 provided on the inner surface of the bottom
j is pierced into the top surface 2e of the rubber stopper 2c, and the engaging hook 1k of the can 1b is engaged with the outer peripheral end of the rubber stopper fixture 2h. Is a cross-sectional view of a state when the piercing needle is pushed in the direction of the arrow to the vicinity of the thin film 1c. By applying a pressing force equal to or greater than the force based on the rigidity of the upper hinge 3g, the hinge is bent, the piercing needle 3j advances, and the upper curved surfaces 3b, 3
b come apart from each other. By this action, both lower curved surface portions 3
a, 3a are central hinge portions 3h, 3h in directions away from each other.
And the lower hinge portions 3i, 3i are bent. Prior to the insertion of the vial, the top surface 2e of the rubber stopper is inserted.
It is necessary to completely sterilize the space between the thin film 1c and the inner surface of the can-shaped body 1b for inserting a vial via sterilization irradiation or the like.

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the state in which the piercing needle 3j is further pushed in the direction of the arrow from the state of FIG. 5, penetrates the thin film 1c of the vial insertion can 1b, and pierces the top surface 2d of the rubber stopper 2c. FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the top surface 2d of the rubber plug 2c has been pierced by the piercing needle by further pushing the state of FIG. Even if a piercing stress is applied to the rubber stopper by the piercing needle, the rubber stopper 2c is kept in the rubber stopper fixture 2h.
And the can 1b does not come off from the can 1b due to the close fit of the can 1b and the engaging action of the engaging hook 1k. As the piercing needle 3j advances, the upper curved surface portion 3b further opens outward, and as the piercing needle pedestal 3e moves upward, the lower hinge portion 3i also advances upward and the lower curved surface portion 3a further opens. Has become. Since the upper curved surface portion 3b and the lower curved surface portion 3a are of a symmetrical shape with the center hinge portion 3h as a rotation center of 180 degrees, the two curved surface portions 3a and 3b overlap each other via the central hinge portion 3h. To help the piercing needle move smoothly. When the shape and the positional relationship of the upper and lower bent portions do not satisfy the above conditions, an abnormal elongation stress is applied to one of the hinge portions even if an attempt is made to raise the piercing needle base 3e. Approaching and superimposed state is never achieved. Therefore, when such a curved plate is used, the traveling distance of the piercing needle 3j is restricted, so that a long piercing needle similar to the conventional one is required. The object of the present invention of shortening the piercing needle will not be achieved.

[0020] Figure 8 have been used in Figures 1-7, instead of the upper and lower side curved surface portion which is bent, in a side view when using the upper curved surface portion 3b 1 and a lower curved surface portion 3a 1 of the arc FIG. 3 is a diagram corresponding to FIG. In addition to the piercing needle 3j, the piercing needle pedestal 3e, and the connection plate 3c to the vial insertion can-shaped body, the same hinges as those described above can be used, and the operation and effect are the same. The angle Θ between the upper curved surface and the generatrix of the conical tip of the piercing needle is the angle between the tangent at the contact point with the inner periphery of the circular hole and the generatrix.

FIG. 10 is a side view showing an example in which the bent curved plates 3, 3 shown in FIGS. 1 to 7, the piercing needle pedestal 3e, and the connecting plate 3c are integrally formed. Reference numeral 3 denotes an upper curved surface portion 3b, a lower curved surface portion 3a, an upper hinge portion 3g, a central hinge portion 3h, a lower hinge portion 3i, and a connection plate 3c. Although the method of the integral molding is not particularly limited, it goes without saying that a method of forming a molded product in a plane state as much as possible is preferable from the viewpoint of simplifying the shape of a molding die. As a molding method, an ordinary method such as injection molding or compression molding can be applied.
