2. Description of the Related Art Recently, in a toothbrush or the like, instead of a brush in which a hair bundle is fixed to a hair implantation hole in a handle using a metal wire, it is necessary to increase the hair implantation density or to increase the use of the hair implantation shape. It has been proposed that a handle is formed integrally with a hair bundle when a handle is formed of a synthetic resin without using a metal wire. Conventionally, as a method not using a metal wire of this type, a method of introducing a hair bundle into a mold, injecting a handle resin material, and integrally molding (insert molding) (for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 29-1335, and Kosho 43-597

Problems with the conventional manufacturing method include, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 29-1335,
The hair bundle is introduced into the mold directly using the hair for the spool in a long state, and cut into a predetermined length after injection molding. The hair bundle is introduced directly into the mold in the long state. In order to do this, it is conceivable to prepare spool hair for each hair bundle holding hole of each cavity or to branch from one or a small number of spools to each holding hole of each cavity and introduce it. When there are a plurality of mold cavities, an enormous number of spools is required, which causes a problem that a large and complicated hair bundle supply device and ancillary equipment are required. In this case, it is extremely difficult to branch and introduce a predetermined number of hair bundles into each hole from a spool in which a number of hair bundles are bundled and wound into each hole without twisting or entanglement. In this case, the distance from the entrance of the hair bundle holding hole of the mold to the position of the spool needs to be considerably large, which causes a problem that the incidental equipment becomes large. Further, there is a problem that the production efficiency is reduced because the ends of the hair bundle are melted after the hair bundle is introduced into the mold. 43-5
No. 979 is a method in which a hair box is provided in a mold, cut hair is packed in the box, and the hair is introduced into each hair bundle holding hole leading to the mold cavity using a pin. However, the hair bundle supply method of such a mechanism may actually cause a problem that the hair in the hair box is bent because the hair cannot be pushed well into the holding hole when the hair bundle is pushed out. ,
In addition, the same trouble occurs continuously when bent hair occurs once. Further, it is extremely difficult and impractical to hold the hairs filled in the hair box in the same direction (each hair in parallel). Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. Hei 3-215211 also discloses a method in which cut hair is transported to each hole by air. However, when the number of mold cavities is large, a pipe (pipe) for guiding the hair bundle to the mold ) Is considerably complicated, and it is difficult to keep the number of hairs in one hair bundle constant. There is a problem in that the ratio of the cross-sectional area of the hair bundle (hair filling rate) is not stable, and the possibility of occurrence of burrs that the injection molding resin enters between the hair bundle and the holding hole of the mold increases. On the other hand,
A method of simultaneously extracting a predetermined number of spools from a plurality of spools, such as 115325, requires a large number of spools in the case of a mold having a large number of cavities at the time of mass production. Supplying using hair requires large equipment and auxiliary equipment, and requires a large amount of labor every time the spool is replaced. In addition, when the amount of hair used on each spool varies, the spool is switched. Each time the molding device stops, the production efficiency deteriorates. In addition, there is a drawback that wasteful (remaining) hair is increased. In this regard, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-265131
No. method has the same disadvantage. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention is intended to easily eliminate these conventional drawbacks, and to ensure insert molding of a hair bundle with a simple mold structure, which is suitable for mass production without requiring a special mold system. An object of the present invention is to provide a brush manufacturing method.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS In this method of manufacturing a brush, a bristle bundle made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin is introduced into a plurality of bristle bundle holding holes provided in a handle forming die or plate. The material is injected, and an arbitrary number of reel-like or hank-like bristle bundles are drawn into the injection molding device to form a brush in which the bristle bundle is integrally implanted in the handle by molding the handle by curing the molding material. In the previous stage, a hair bundle is previously introduced into a part of a plate or a mold having the same arrangement and the same number of hair bundle holding holes as the hair bundle holding holes of the mold outside the mold, that is, 1 cavity (for one brush head)
-The amount of hair is divided into at least two or more times by the number of bristle feeders capable of supplying the number of bristle bundles smaller than that of all cavities, and the bristle bundles of all cavities are sequentially filled. These are a hair bundle supplying step for supplying the hair bundle to the hair bundle holding hole outside the injection mold using the time during which the injection molding of the previous shot is being performed, and a hair bundle for a predetermined length. A hair cutting step for cutting the hair bundle, and a melting step for forming an enlarged portion by melting the ends of the hair bundle, and also for improving the filling rate of the hair bundle and the hair bundle holding hole as necessary. By performing the hair bundle squeezing step, it is possible to efficiently produce a high-quality brush with little variation and to simplify the manufacturing equipment.

[0010] In particular, after a hair bundle is filled in a part of the plate or the mold, each hair bundle is cut into a predetermined length by a cutting means and then introduced into a handle molding die, or Alternatively, before the hair bundle is filled in the mold, the hair bundle is cut into a predetermined length by the cutting means in advance. In order to perform mass production, one cavity (one brush head) to a number smaller than the total number of cavities outside the mold before drawing an arbitrary number of bristle bundles into the injection molding apparatus. It is preferable to supply the hair bundles to the holding holes of all the cavities by using a number of hair bundle supply devices capable of filling the hair bundles, thereby simplifying and reducing the size of the device and auxiliary equipment (spool shelves, etc.). Can be achieved.

When the hair bundle is introduced into a part of the plate or the mold, the number of hair bundles can be supplied from one cavity (one brush head) to less than the total number of cavities. The hair bristle feeder reduces the hair bristle volume to at least 2
It is preferable to fill the hair bundles for all cavities one by one or more times. That is, instead of preparing reels or hair bristle bundles for the number of holes in all mold cavities, filling the bristle bundles for all cavities with the minimum required number of bristle bundle feeders, for example, In the case of four brushes, it is preferable that the filling be repeated four times with the number of bristle bundles for one brush head.

It is also effective to divide and supply a plurality of bristle bundles in the brush head. That is, in the case of a flocking pattern in which hair bundles having different hair bundle cross-sectional shapes are combined, the hair bundles are supplied separately by using a hair bundle feeder for each hair diameter and the number of hair bundles.

In any case, before the arbitrary number of hair bundles are drawn into the injection molding apparatus, the same number and the same number of hair bundles as the hair bundle holding holes of the mold are provided outside the mold. The hair bundle can be cut into a predetermined length and supplied (filled) to a part of the plate or the mold having the holding hole by using the time during which the injection molding of the previous shot is performed. In addition, since the hair bundle can be narrowed down as needed, the molding efficiency is improved. Furthermore, a part of a plate or a mold can be used to perform a hair bundle supply / hair trimming step, etc., outside the injection molding mold, and since it is not necessary to incorporate these mechanisms into the injection molding mold, the mold is used. There is also an advantage that can be simplified.

A plurality of pistons of a delivery amount 7 are slidably inserted into each of the plurality of hair bundle holding holes 11 provided in the handle molding die 10, and each hair bundle 1 is stopped at a predetermined position to cause the fusion lump 2 And a hair bundle holding hole 11 for each hair bundle.
Has a diameter larger than the diameter of the piston, so that the hair bundle is easily supplied, and when the hair bundle is introduced, the ratio of the hair bundle cross-sectional area to the cross-sectional area of the hair bundle holding hole (hair filling rate) is stabilized. Care is taken to prevent the injection molding resin from entering between the bristle bundle and the holding hole of the mold so as to eliminate burrs. Further, the insertion distance of the bristle bundle 1 in the cavity 13 in the molding die 10 can be arbitrarily selected according to the thickness of the base of the flocking member or the thickness of the brush head portion. part 1 1 of the cylindrical annular rib portion formed as required around (not shown) from the base of the tufts is flocked portion, as it has upright without spreading outward keep hair standing better state Be considered.
