For winding / unwinding several kinds of monofilaments at the same time
Single sleeve and its winding / unwinding method
The present invention relates to several types of thermoplastic monofilaments having a count range of 10 to 100 dtex.
For the simultaneous winding and unwinding of multiple ends
Single-cone sleeve made of metal having a cone directly connected to the sleeve and its winding
/ This is related to the feeding method.
The term "monofilament" refers to a single monofilament having a substantially smooth surface and a constant diameter.
Understands thermoplastic yarn made of endless fibrils (endless fibrils)
I want to be. When winding or feeding such a monofilament
Each monofilament slips or slides, and the yarn layer
High risk of shifting, especially at both ends of the combined tube
Each bobbin provided with a conical flange is used as a yarn carrier.
Combination tubes for conical packages are disclosed in EP 18030
No. 0. The tube may be conical over its entire length, or
Is realized as a combination tube for a so-called diabolo package
You. The yarn reserve is provided at the point of minimum diameter. In such a tube
Thus, winding and unwinding of the yarn becomes possible. In addition, even winding and smooth
Special care must be taken to avoid risk. However, this known tag
With the Yarn carrier, simultaneous winding / unwinding of several monofilaments is not possible.
Impossible.
A conical bobbin package is described in U.S. Pat. No. 2,624,525.
It is listed. This bobbin package is made of paper. Slightly of the yarn carrier
In the yarn winding area of the inclined conical section, the multifilament
It forms an adhesively bonded yarn support onto which the ment yarn can be wound. like this
Yarn carrier is multi-ended winding of monofilament with smooth surface
And it is not suitable for feeding. In such yarn carriers, on the one hand, cylindrical
It cannot absorb the forces acting on the shaped part, while on the other hand it is
Cannot operate at the winding speed.
All that is possible with such a yarn carrier is the winding of the yarn. Furthermore,
Increased productivity by adjusting spinning speed is very limited with known yarn carriers
Is done.
It is an object of the present invention to simultaneously wind several monofilaments and
Monofilament that can be fed out in multiple terminations for fabrication
To get a single sleeve for.
Still another object of the present invention is to wind several monofilaments in a multi-terminal state.
Can be unwound in the same way, and the monofilament per winding station
It is an object of the present invention to provide a method capable of considerably improving the economics of manufacturing a paint.
Still another object of the present invention is to reduce the amount of yarn to be wound to about 40 kg per bobbin.
The monofilaments in the range of counts that are the object of the present invention by improving
The purpose is to increase the productivity of manufacturing. To this end, the present invention provides
The pitch angle α of the cone with respect to the groove is α> 15 ° to 35 °, and the surface of the cone is
It is characterized by having a wear-resistant surface against the yarn. According to the present invention, a number of
Wrap monofilaments side-by-side on a single sleeve simultaneously and likewise required
There is an advantage that they can be paid out at the same time. This saves effort
Necessary replacement work can be eliminated. Furthermore, the winding speed was 3000 m / min.
To about 10 times faster than the known take-up speed.
There is also the advantage that it can be done. Another advantage is the large number of yarn carriers
And therefore occupies empty space, requiring only a single sleeve instead of multiple winders
There is a point that the time can be greatly reduced.
Preferably, the cone and the tube are firmly connected to each other and without transitions.
This ensures that the monofilaments of the inner layer do not adhere to each other,
Can be extended over the body.
The pitch angle α of the cone with respect to the tube is between 15 ° and 35 °, especially between 20 ° and
30 °, preferably 25 ° to 30 °. Inappropriate below 15 °
It is. That is, for a given winding width per monofilament,
The number of monofilaments is reduced with respect to the length of the tube, thus reducing economics.
It is. In addition, if the pitch angle is 35 ° or more, the winding stability is lost.
There are difficulties.
The surface of the cone should be an abrasion resistant surface for the yarn. In this regard, the hardness
It is not appropriate to specify. That is, the preferred surface is plastic coated,
This is because it is metallized. Coating by oxide film formation or chrome plating
According to this, the durability is improved. Metals such as steel and light gold such as aluminum
Genus is the preferred material for the single sleeve.
Furthermore, at least two monofilaments in the count range of 10-100 dtex
Monofilament in a method of simultaneously winding / unwinding a single sleeve
At least 100 m / min. Winding speed, preferably 600 to 3000
m / min. And is rolled / unwound in a conical shape parallel to the cone.
The preferred count of the monofilament is 10-100 dtex. This way
For example, the monofilaments can be paid out simultaneously or separately.
Can be.
The present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a diagrammatic sectional view of a single sleeve according to the invention,
FIG. 2 is a diagrammatic illustration of a multiple yarn carrier.
FIG. 1 shows a single sleeve metallic cylindrical tube 1 according to the invention. Ju
The conical portion 2 is provided directly from the tube 1. Tube 1 corresponds to cone 2
To form an angle α. The surface of the single sleeve has a thermoplastic monofilament
A treatment that shows abrasion resistance is performed.
In FIG. 2 which is shown diagrammatically, a number of individual monofilaments 3, 3 '
And wound around the tube 1. The drawing shows the innermost monofilament layer
Only the intermediate monofilament layer is shown.
The first layer 3-3 'of monofilament is wound simultaneously on the tube 1 and the individual layers
With a cross-wound yarn guide in a known manner, e.g.
And fix it. As the number of layers increases, cones are obtained until the required thickness of the layers is obtained.
The layers migrate along 2.
There are two possible embodiments for paying out monofilament
Can be That is, a parallel payout and an "overhead" payout. Pa
In the Larel payout, a single winding sleeve rotates at the selected rotation speed,
The filaments 3, 3 'are drawn at a specified speed and sent out to another processing step. Yarn
The tension is kept constant. For "overhead" payouts, the same
And free with constant yarn tension or ballooning.
The single sleeve according to the invention can be used in various ways. According to the invention
According to multiple yarn carriers, monofilaments in the fine and middle range
The productivity of the production of lament is significantly improved. According to this yarn carrier,
It can be transported without slippage of the filament layer, and both warp and weft
Can also be used for knitting.
