Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.患者に移植するための移植可能な部分であって、信号を受信する受信機を 含む移植可能な部分、 信号を発生するための外部部分であって、該外部部分が送信機と受信機との間 を電磁結合させるために配置されたとき、前記受信機に信号を送信するための送 信機を含む外部部分、及び 前記移植可能な部分に放電エネルギーが伝達することを防止するために静電放 電の効果を抑制するために設けられ、前記送信機に結合された保護装置 を具備することを特徴とする、患者の治療に供するための装置。 2.前記移植可能な部分が移植蝸牛刺激装置であることを特徴とする請求項1 記載の装置。 3.前記外部装置が音声エンコーダであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装 置。 4.前記受信機及び前記送信機がそれぞれコイルを有するものであることを特 徴とする請求項2記載の装置。 5.前記保護装置は前記送信機中に配置されたものであることを特徴とする請 求項4記載の装置。 6.前記保護装置は、前記送信コイルに電気的に接続されたものであることを 特徴とする請求項5記載の装置。 7.患者に移植されるための移植部分であって、電気信号を受信する受信機を 含む移植可能な部分、及び 前記電気信号を発生するための外部部分であって、送信機が前記受信機の近く に配置されたとき、磁気誘導により前記受信機に前記信号を伝達するためにある 送信機を含む外部部分を具備し、 前記外部部分は、更に、望ましくない過渡的な信号が前記送信機 から前記受信機へ伝達されることを抑制するために配置された保護装置を含むこ とを特徴とする患者の治療に供するための装置。 8.前記送信機及び前記受信機は各々コイルを含み、該コイルは前記送信機が 前記受信機の近くに配置されたとき、誘導的に結合されることを特徴とする請求 項7記載のシステム。 9.前記保護部分は、前記送信コイルに電気的に結合されることを特徴とする 請求項8記載のシステム。 10.前記保護装置は、静電放電の損傷効果を抑制するように選ばれることを 特徴とする請求項8記載のシステム。 11.前記移植可能な部分は、移植蝸牛刺激器であり、前記送信部分は音声処 理装置であることを特徴とする請求項10記載のシステム。 12.静電放電から治療装置を保護する方法であって、前記装置は、治療に関 する信号を受信するための受信機を有する移植可能な部分、及び、前記信号を発 生し、送信機及び前記受信機が近接したとき、前記受信機に対する前記信号の誘 導送信のための送信機を含む外部部分を含む方法において、前記送信機で望まし くない電磁的干渉を抑制し、前記移植可能な部分を損傷する前記干渉を防止する ことを特徴とする方法。 13.前記抑制は、静電放電を抑制するため前記送信機中に配置された保護装 置により実行されることを特徴とする請求項12記載の方法。
