The pipe line suspending device of the present invention is characterized in that the magnetic attraction member has a flat shape. Therefore, at the time of suspending a duct such as a duct, the duct to be installed collides with the flat magnetic adsorption member adsorbed and fastened to the object to be adsorbed, or the clothes or the like of the worker are caught. Therefore, the workability of installing the conduit is greatly improved, and the magnetic attraction member is provided with particular practicality of suppressing a large peeling force from being applied. This will be described with reference to FIG. In FIG. 3, the outer diameter of the cup yoke 12 'is D,
Let H be the height. The outer diameter of the permanent magnet 11 is d, and the thickness is t. The flat ratio of the flat magnetic attraction member 10 ′ constituting the pipe hanging member 110 is H / D = 0.30, and the flat ratio of the corresponding permanent magnet is t / d = 0.23. The magnetic attraction member provided in the pipe line suspending device of the present invention has an H / D = 0.10 to 0.8 in view of the above practicality.
It is desirable to set it to 0, preferably 0.20 to 0.70. If it is less than 0.10, it is difficult to obtain a sufficient adsorption force, and if it exceeds 0.80, the flatness gradually disappears and the above-mentioned practicality is impaired. Furthermore, H / D
If the above range is specified, the magnetic attracting member in the attracted and fastened state, as described above, due to the collision of the pipeline or the hooking of clothes, etc., other than the pulling force perpendicular to the fastening surface, for example, as shown in the figure. A peeling force (hereinafter referred to as a shearing force) in the direction A or the direction B is suppressed.
It has been empirically found that the shear force separates the magnetic attraction member from the object to be attracted with a weaker force than the vertical pulling force. For example, in terms of the magnetic attraction force alone, the attraction force at a 45 ° shear force is about 50% of the vertical pull force and about 20% at the parallel shear force with respect to the attraction surface. I know. Therefore, the utility of the pipe line suspending device of the present invention provided with the flat magnetic attracting member to which the shearing force is hardly applied is enormous.

(Embodiment 3) FIG. 4 shows an example of a pipe line suspension according to the present invention provided with a magnetic attraction member 10 '' having a magnetic circuit called a split pole type. In FIG. 4, one permanent magnet is magnetized in two poles in the cup yoke 12, and two magnetic poles 71, 7 having different magnetizing directions are provided on the attraction surface side.
2 are formed and arranged to increase the magnetic attraction force as the pipe line hanging member 150. A permanent magnet disposed on the inner bottom of the cup yoke 12 was fixed with an epoxy adhesive 19. The gap 1 has a non-magnetic resin 2 as shown in FIG.
(For example, epoxy resin or the like) is filled and hardened to protect the permanent magnet 31 from an impact at the time of installation.
The magnetic attraction force is maintained normally by preventing magnetic particles and the like from entering the gap 1. Further, a ball 17 and a stranded wire 18 were attached to the lower bottom of the cup yoke 12 in the same configuration as in FIG. This split pole type magnetic circuit has the advantage that the magnetic poles are divided even with the same magnet area, whereby the magnetic flux of the magnetic path is less likely to be saturated, and a strong attraction force is easily obtained. As a split pole type magnetic circuit, FIG. 4 shows a configuration example of two poles magnetized by one permanent magnet.
Multiple poles or more may be magnetized. For example, as shown in FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b), a configuration in which a large number of magnetic poles are alternately arranged so that adjacent magnetic poles are different on the attracting side. good. In order to increase the attraction force, it is better to arrange more magnetic poles. Instead of multi-pole magnetization, many parallel magnetized permanent magnets are manufactured, and one permanent magnet is arranged for each magnetic pole.
A magnetic pole pattern as shown in (b) may be formed.

(Embodiment 4) FIG. 6 shows still another embodiment of the pipe line suspending device of the present invention, and shows a state in which it is magnetically attracted to and fastened to the deck plate 4. In FIG. 6, the cup yoke 50 is formed by drawing a steel plate made of SS41. In the center of the lower part of the cup yoke 50, a protrusion 52 for holding the duct hanger 51 is formed, and a slit 53 for inserting the duct hanger 51 and a hole for passing a locking bolt 54 are formed. The permanent magnet 11 is vertically magnetized, and is bonded to the inner bottom surface of the cup yoke 50 with an epoxy adhesive 19. The duct hanging member 51 is a ribbon-shaped thin iron plate and has an appropriate hole, and the duct hanging member 51 is attached to the magnetic attraction member 60 with bolts 54 and nuts 55. The through-holes 45 in the vertical direction are formed in both of the protrusions 35b, 35b on the suction surface side of the holding member 35, and the through-holes 4
Screw bolts 36 are passed through 5, 45, and the screw bolts 36 are screwed into the deck plate 4 to fasten the magnetic attraction member 60 to the deck plate 4. A protrusion 52 is disposed in an opening 38 formed at the center of the holding member 35, and the holding member 35 is a cup of the magnetic attraction member 60 for the same reason as the magnetic attraction member 10 'of FIG. It has a flat shape substantially similar to the yoke 50. That is, the outer diameter (D ′) and the height (H ′) of the holding member 35 are defined as H ′ / D ′ = 0.10 to 0.10.
It is desirable to set 0.80, preferably 0.20 to 0.70. Then, after surrounding the duct 3, the duct 3 is gripped with bolts 56 and nuts 57. In this case, a ribbon-shaped thin iron plate is used for the duct hanging member 51. However, a strip-shaped or net-shaped one made of another material may be used, and a strong band formed of a reinforcing fiber such as aramid fiber is preferably used.

FIG. 7A is a view of the holding member 35 of FIG. 6 as viewed from below. The holding member 35 includes a flat portion 46 that is in contact with the deck plate 4 by a fastener, a concave portion 39 that holds the outer periphery of the magnetic attraction member along a contour thereof, and a through hole through which the screw bolts 38 are passed. Holes 45, 45,
And an opening 38 through which a suspending tool (suspending member) is passed. In particular, the holding member 35 is made of a ferromagnetic material (for example, SS400).
etc. ), The holding member 35 is moved by the magnetic attraction member 6 due to the magnetic flux leaking from the held magnetic attraction member 60.
Since the magnetic member is magnetically attracted to the outer peripheral surface of the fixing member 35, the complicated operation of fastening the holding member 35 to the deck plate 4 while supporting the holding member 35 by hand is eliminated, and the fastening operation becomes much easier. Also, since the opening 38 is open as described below,
When the holding member 35 is fastened to the deck plate 4 after the magnetic attraction member 60 having the duct hanging member 51 is attracted to the deck plate 4, the duct hanging member 51 is positioned directly below the magnetic attraction member 60 through the opening 38. Therefore, the duct 3 can be hung directly below the pipeline hanger 160. FIG.
FIG. 7B is a cross-sectional view of a main part showing only the holding member 35 in FIG. 6.
