SOLUTION: In an enclosed motor-driven compressor to drive a compression element elastically supported in an enclosed vessel by a motor-driven element, a projecting part 5a is integrally formed in a cylinder head 5 of the compression element formed by aluminum die-casting. When a suction muffler 4 is installed, a hole 6a of a steel strip 6 pressed on and fixed to the projecting part 5a of the cylinder head 5 by using the steel strip 6 having a spring part.
