があった。たとえば、図3に示すようにバレル51に形
成した長手方向の凹溝52に熱可塑性シート材53の取
付縁54を折り曲げて挿入し、さらに上から、ちょうど
この溝に入る太さのピアノ線等の線材55を重ね、凹溝
に嵌め込み、この線材を包む形で前記取付縁の端部を重
ね、この重なり部に熱、高周波等のウェルダー処理をほ
どこし、線材が凹溝から抜けないようにしてシート材の
取付縁をバレルに固定した例がある(実願昭58−17

加工工程が煩雑であり、バレルへのシート材の取付け強

心軸)からのシート材とバレルの取付け縁の偏位が大き
いために巻取りのトルクが安定せず円滑な巻取りになら
なかったり、バレル内に挿入されるシャフトとバレル間
の異音の発生の可能性等があった。
