Description of the Related Art Stainless steel sheets are used in a wide range of fields such as home appliances, but depending on the place where they are used, stainless steel products are required to have antibacterial properties. In addition, these products are often subjected to press working in manufacturing, and workability is also required. The conventional technology for imparting antimicrobial properties to stainless steel products is to melt metallic silver or a substance containing silver with a glass raw material to form a glass frit, and then apply the glass frit powder to the surface of the stainless steel product. There is a processing method (JP-A-7-228982).

Further, a film made of soft vinyl chloride for improving processability has various problems, such as a problem of disposal of vinyl after pressing and an increase in cost due to manual peeling of vinyl. In addition, the use of lubricating oil deteriorates the working environment due to scattering at the time of press working, and also has a problem that degreasing is required after working.
In the invention described in JP-A-7-228982,
Although the improvement of the processability can be expected to solve the problems of the soft vinyl chloride film and the lubricating oil, it does not have antibacterial properties.

The present inventors have conducted intensive studies to solve the problems of the conventional technology, and as a result, in particular, by combining an appropriate amount of an organic antibacterial agent with a coating resin, a stainless steel having antibacterial properties and high workability. It has been found that a steel sheet can be manufactured. That is, according to the present invention, at least on one surface of the stainless steel sheet, a commonly used organic antibacterial agent such as thiabendazole and biguanite is contained in a coating resin such as acrylic or epoxy, It is intended to provide a stainless steel sheet having excellent antibacterial properties and high workability. The content of the organic antibacterial agent is, for example, 0.5 to 10 per 100 parts by weight of the coating resin.
Good with weight. In addition, the resin film thickness, as a dry film thickness,
It may be about 1 to 20 μm.

Bake at 0 ° C. Each evaluation test of workability and antibacterial property of the resin-treated steel sheet produced as described above was performed according to the following test procedure. (1) Workability test Using an Erichsen cylindrical drawing tester without oiling, a test was performed under the conditions of a punch diameter of 50 mm and a punch shoulder R; 5 mm, and the limit drawing ratio (LDR) was evaluated. (2) on the surface of the antimicrobial test specimen, 10 5 cells / ml and placed coli solution and Staphylococcus aureus solution 1ml of, measuring the number of surviving bacteria after 24 hours, the evaluation ○: detected survivors And x: No antibacterial effect. As is clear from Table 1, all of the stainless steel sheets of the present invention exhibit excellent workability and antibacterial properties.
