Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-proof bulb for automobile at a low cost, which can remarkably restrict the amplitude of a shield, by crushing a part of a cylindrical common lead wire so as to form a flat surface part, and providing a shield so as to abut on the flat surface part, and welding it at the time of assembling a bulb for automobile. SOLUTION: A common lead wire 4, a low beam filament, a lead wire for low beam filament, a main beam filament, and a lead wire for main beam filament are housed inside of a glass ball of a bulb for automobile, and a shield 5 provided along the low beam filament is welded to the common lead wire 4. This part of the common lead wire 4, to which the shield 5 is welded, is crushed by plastic working so as to form a flat surface part, and the shield is made to abut on this flat part. With this structure, surface junction is substituted for point junction of the conventional method, and the shield 5 can be strongly fitted to the common lead wire 4, and amplitude of the shield 5 can be thereby restricted.

[0003] Three lead wires 103, 10 from the base 102 side.
Since the wires 6, 108 project in a cantilever manner, these wires 103, 106, and 108 swing greatly toward the tips (upper ends) when subjected to vibration. The shield 104 further away from the base 102 has a large amplitude, and if the shield 104 is not firmly welded to the common conductor 103, a response delay occurs in the shield 104 with respect to the common conductor 103,
The amplitude is further increased, and the stress of the passing beam filament 105 disposed along the amplitude is increased, resulting in shortening the life. Therefore, a “bulb” disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. 64-2356 has been proposed. The suggested bulb is shown below.

The common conductor 113 has a tip 111
Since the beam is supported at both ends and is fixed to a, the deflection is much smaller and the amplitude is smaller than that of the cantilever. Therefore, the life of the passing beam filament 115 is greatly extended. For this reason, the light bulb 110 in which the top of the common conductor 113 is locked to the glass bulb 111 is referred to as a vibration-resistant automobile light bulb.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, the shield comprises a cup portion and a tongue portion extending upward from an upper edge of the cup portion,
A holding groove is formed in the upper part of the tongue, and the common conductor is sandwiched by the holding groove, and a part of the common conductor is crushed by a plastic working method to form a flat portion, and a shield is applied to the flat portion. It is characterized by being welded in contact. Since the mounting of the shield, which has conventionally been point bonding, is replaced by surface bonding, the shield can be firmly mounted on the common conductor, and the amplitude of the shield can be suppressed. Further, even if the rigidity is reduced by crushing a part of the common conductor, the decrease can be compensated for by the holding groove, so that the rigidity can be shared and sufficient rigidity can be secured.

FIGS. 3A to 3C are plan sectional views of a common conductor according to the present invention. (A) is a plan view in which a part of a round bar-shaped common conductor 4 is crushed from both sides to form a plane portion 10. The flat portion 10 hits the shield 5 with a large area. Therefore, the amplitude of the shield 5 becomes difficult. (B) is obtained by crushing a part of a round bar-shaped common conductor preform from only one side to form a flat portion 10. The flat portion 10 hits the shield 5 with a large area. Therefore, the amplitude of the shield 5 becomes difficult. (C) is obtained by crushing a part of the round bar-shaped common conductor base material from one side so that the cross section becomes substantially T-shaped. Although the plane portion 10 is slightly narrower, the rigidity of the common conductor is increased because the cross-sectional area is sufficiently large.

According to the present invention, the following effects are exhibited by the above configuration. A first aspect of the present invention is characterized in that a flat portion is formed by crushing a part of the common conductive wire by a plastic working method, and a shield is brought into contact with the flat portion and welded. Since the conventional point joining is replaced with the surface joining, the shield can be firmly attached to the common conductor, and the amplitude of the shield can be suppressed.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, the shield comprises a cup and a tongue extending upward from an upper edge of the cup.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, the shield comprises a cup and a tongue extending upward from an upper edge of the cup.
A part of the tongue is bent toward the common conductor side to form a folded piece, and the folded piece is welded to the common conductor, and a part of the common conductor is crushed by a plastic working method to form a flat part, and the flat part is formed. The shield is abutted on the portion and welded. Since the shield is welded to the common conductor at two locations, the folded piece and the cup, the amplitude of the shield can be suppressed. Since the mounting of the shield, which has conventionally been point bonding, is replaced by surface bonding, the shield can be firmly mounted on the common conductor, and the amplitude of the shield can be suppressed. Also, even if the rigidity is reduced by crushing a part of the common conductor,
Since this decrease can be compensated for by the folded pieces, the rigidity can be shared, and sufficient rigidity can be secured.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the shield comprises a cup portion and a tongue portion extending upward from an upper edge of the cup portion,
A part of the tongue is bent toward the common wire to form a folded piece, and the folded piece is welded to the common wire, and the cup portion is welded to the common wire. Since the shield is welded to the common conductor at the two locations of the folded piece and the cup, the rigidity of both the shield and the common conductor can be added, and the amplitude of the shield can be suppressed. In addition, since the flattening process of the common conductor is unnecessary, the processing cost is reduced.
