Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce weight and decrease cost by fitting a plurality of post members perpendicular to an upper chord member made of wood, fitting a wooden material serving both as a horizontal buckling preventing material and a furring strip receiving material between the lower ends of the post members, stretching reinforcements between the lower ends of the post members and between the post members and the upper chord member, and adding tension to the reinforcements. SOLUTION: A plurality of post members 2 are squarely joined to an upper chord member 1 made of wood, a wooden material 3 serving both as a horizontal buckling preventing material and a furring strip receiving material is fitted to the lower ends of the post members, and reinforcements 4 as lower chord members are stretched between the lower ends of the post members 2. A wooden truss beam is assembled by stretching diagonal reinforcements 5 between the lower ends of the post members 2 and both ends of the upper chord member 1. By tightening double nuts stretching the reinforcements 4, 5, tension is given to the reinforcements 4, 5. Hereby, sectional performance against tension and compression can be sufficiently secured, and a wooden truss beam of low cost, high strength, small sectional area, light weight, and good air permeability can be provided.

2. Description of the Related Art A beam used for a wooden or wooden prefabricated house is desirably a wooden beam in consideration of the relationship with other components, but the span is 3,640 mm (12 mm).
If the length exceeds the length, problems arise in terms of strength, cost, and the like. That is, it is difficult to obtain a long wooden timber with a single piece, and a method of forming a laminated timber is conceivable. However, there is a problem that the cost increases. In addition, when used as a simple beam, the length of the beam becomes longer, so the cross-sectional area must be increased, and there is a problem that the weight becomes heavy. There is a problem that the number of joints between the material and the lattice material increases, and the work becomes difficult.

[0003] On the other hand, although a string beam in which a steel beam is reinforced with a wooden beam is conventionally used, it is merely an improved form of the strength of a simple beam, and accurate peeling accuracy of the beam cannot be obtained. And so on. In addition, H-shaped wooden beams have been developed. However, in the case of snow-free roofs (M-type roofs), which are mainly used in cold regions, the ventilation of the back of the shed deteriorates, so they are used too much. It is not the fact.

Here, by tightening the double nut 13, the central portion of the upper chord material 1 is secured, and by tightening the double nut 18, the upper chord material 1 is tightened.
Of the two ends can be secured. At this time, by tightening the double nut 13 using the different colors 6a and 6b applied to the screws 6 cut at both ends of the reinforcing bar 4 as a guide, the reinforcing bar 4 is always tensioned by applying a constant tension. Therefore, accurate beam peeling accuracy can be ensured. The same applies to the case of tightening the double nut 18 that stretches the oblique reinforcing bar 5.

Therefore, according to the above wooden truss beam, by using the wooden upper chord 1 and the reinforcing bar 4 as the lower chord, a long and high-strength wooden truss beam having a small cross-sectional area can be manufactured at low cost. Since it can be manufactured and the cross-sectional area can be reduced, it is possible to obtain a light-weight wooden beam having a truss structure and air permeability. For this reason, it can be applied to ensuring the air permeability behind the hut even for snow-free roofs (M-type roofs) that are mainly used in cold regions.

Further, since the peeling of the upper chord material 1 can be finely adjusted, the peeling accuracy of the beam can be remarkably improved. Furthermore, since the wooden material 3 which also serves as a lateral buckling prevention material and a field edge receiving material is attached to the lower end of the bundle material 2, it is possible to receive a ceiling panel or the like, thereby speeding up the construction. . In addition, this wooden material 3
Does not need to share the function of wooden truss beams as strength members.

As described above, according to the wooden truss beam using steel for the lower chord according to the present invention, the lateral buckling occurs between the lower ends of a plurality of bundles attached at right angles to the wooden upper chord. By attaching a wooden material that also serves as a preventive material and a ridge receiving material, a reinforcing steel material is stretched between the lower end of the bundle material and between the bundle material and the upper chord material, and by using a wooden truss beam that adds prestressed to this reinforcing material, A wooden truss beam having sufficient cross-sectional performance against tension and compression to obtain a wooden truss beam having low cost, high strength, small cross-sectional area, light weight, and air permeability. be able to. In addition, by adjusting the tension of the rebar material, it is possible to obtain accurate peeling accuracy of the beam,
Since a wooden material that also serves as a lateral buckling prevention material and a field edge receiving material is attached between the lower ends of the bundles, it is possible to receive a ceiling panel or the like and thereby speed up the construction.
