Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a lightweight flexible board having incombustibility, heat insulating and soundproof properties and further flexibility by utilizing characteristics of a flexible expandable urethane and an inorganic emulsion. SOLUTION: This lightweight flexible board is produced by conveying a flexible expanded urethane foam 1 with a conveyor 2, pressurizing the urethane foam 1 with a pressurizing roller 3, providing the flexible expanded urethane foam 1 with a flat state, further continuously filling an inorganic emulsion 5 from an upper nozzle 4, squeezing out a part of the inorganic emulsion contained in cells with a pressurizing roller 6, conveying the resultant foam 1 with conveyors 7 and 8, forcibly heating the foam 1 with a dryer 9, etc., and making particles discontinuous with ultrasonic waves 10 at about a time when the foam is nearly cured, providing flexible boards 11, then stacking a prescribed number of the flexible boards 11 up to a pile with a lifer, drying the resultant pile of the flexible boards 11 in an aging chamber where the temperature, humidity and ventilation are kept in the optimum conditions and then providing the final product. The flexible expanded urethane material can be molded and applied to boards, blocks, imitation stones, imitation wood, decorations and storerooms.

する。 イ.図1において、軟質発泡ウレタンフォーム(1)を
コンベヤー(2)に乗せ搬送させ、加圧ローラ(3)に
通し加圧させ、加圧ローラ(3)を経た軟質発泡ウレタ
ンフォーム(1)は平坦状態に復元する。 ロ.上記イを経た、軟質発泡ウレタンフォーム(1)は
復元力と上部ノズル(4)から連続的に無機質乳剤
(5)を充填させる。 ハ.上記ロを経たものに、相対的に加圧ローラ(6)で
気泡内に含まれた無機質乳剤(5)の一部を搾出させコ
ンベヤー(7)で搬送する。 ニ.上記ハを経たものに、コンベヤー(8)に通しドラ
イヤー等(9)によって強制的に加熱させ、ほぼ硬化し
た頃に超音波(10)による粒子の不連続化(ウレタン
の粒子を無機質乳剤がくるみ込む)を施す。 ホ.上記ニでできた、フレキシブルボード(11)は、
リフターで所定の枚数に積み取って一山とし、温度、湿
度並びに通気が最適状態に制御されている養生室に移
し、余剰水分を除去して乾燥させ、最終製品の図2を得
る。 軟質発泡ウレタン素材を成型することで、ボードなどの
他、ブロック、擬石、擬木、装飾品、置物に応用でき
る。
