Articles that are extremely long in only one direction, such as pipes and electric wires (hereinafter referred to as long objects) are also packaged for the same purpose. As shown, it was packaged in a method called gaiter winding. However, since the paper tape is relatively expensive as a packaging material, the emergence of alternative plastic products has been desired and studied.

In order to solve these problems, (1) a tape provided with a rib on the back surface and (2) a tape coated with an adhesive have been provided. The tape production was complicated and the original purpose of reducing the cost of the tape could not be achieved, and (2) when the adhesive was applied to the back surface of the tape, the adhesive sometimes adhered to the product.

The anti-slip agent used in the present invention is a substance basically different from the adhesive used for an adhesive tape or the like, and has no tackiness. More specifically, the anti-slip agent refers to a material which is 10 gf / 10 mm or less when applied to a tape and measured for adhesive strength by a 180-degree peeling method according to JIS-Z0237. (In general, the adhesive strength of an adhesive tape is on the order of tens to hundreds.)

As a resin material for the tape of the present invention, low-density polyethylene, medium-density polyethylene, high-density polyethylene, polyethylene-based resin such as ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, polypropylene-based resin, nylon-based resin, polyester-based resin, etc., ordinary tapes The thermoplastic resin used can be exemplified without particular limitation, but in consideration of economy and moldability, a low-density polyethylene resin can be exemplified as a particularly suitable raw material.

A mixture of a soft resin or rubber, a mixture of a soft binder and inorganic particles such as silica, a mixture of a soft binder and a foamable microcapsule which expands by heat, and the like are known.
The amount of the anti-slip agent to be applied depends on the type and dilution ratio of the anti-slip agent, but it cannot be limited. However, the joining angle of the tape when gaiter-wrapped, that is, the slip angle between the front and back surfaces of the tape is 12 ° or more. Preferably, an anti-slip agent is applied to one side of the tape. When the anti-slip agent is applied to both sides of the tape, it becomes difficult to feed out the tape when mechanically wrapped. Therefore, the anti-slip agent is applied to only one side of the tape.

First, the above-mentioned thermoplastic resin is formed into a film using a known technique such as a T-die method or an inflation method. Next, an anti-slip agent is applied to the film. In order to improve the riding of the anti-slip agent, it is preferable to apply a corona treatment to the surface to which the anti-slip agent is applied.
The preferred film wetting index is 38 to 42 dynes / c.
m. Next, an anti-slip agent is applied to at least one surface of the obtained film. The method of applying is not particularly limited, but using various printing machines enables easy application without the need for a special device. Finally, when the obtained film is cut into a tape shape using a slitter or the like, the tape for gaiter winding packaging according to the present invention is obtained.

The slip angle was measured by measuring the slip angle when the front and back surfaces of the tape were in contact with each other, using Friction Angle Tes manufactured by Toyo Seiki.
Using a ter, the measurement was performed at an inclination speed of 2.7 degrees / sec and a thread weight of 1.0 kg. Further, as a packaging test of the obtained tape, suitability for an automatic packaging machine and packaging appearance were measured. The suitability of the automatic wrapping machine is as follows. Plastic pipes with a diameter of 3 cm are wrapped by the automatic wrapping machine.
The unsuccessful tape feeding is indicated by x. Further, after the obtained package was left standing in a standing state for 3 days, the external appearance of the package was visually observed, and those in which no tape displacement was observed are represented by ○, and those in which the tape was displaced are represented by x.

I do. The obtained film is cut into a width of 3 cm to obtain a gaiter-wrapping tape. The tape obtained by cutting the film once coated with the anti-slip agent in Example 1, the one coated twice and the second example, and the one coated with the anti-slip agent once on both sides in Comparative Example 1 were completely coated. The thing which did not have is set as Comparative Example 2. The measurement of the slip angle of the obtained tape and a packaging test were performed. Table 1 shows the results.

The tape surface is moderately slippery and has good mechanical properties. Furthermore, since the anti-slip agent can be applied by a normal printing machine, no special device is required.
