取付部から一体に延出した一対の締付片とを備えるとと
もに、前記一対の締付片が前記支持部材に押圧されて近
接方向に撓むことにより、前記取付部が縮径状態に変形
するよう構成され、 前記支持部材は、 前記取付部材に隣接して前記支軸に摺動自在、且つ回動
自在に設けられた固定側ホルダ部と、この固定側ホルダ
部に前記支軸から接離する方向に回動自在に連結された
回動側ホルダ部とを備えるとともに、前記両ホルダ部に
前記絶縁支持棒を挟み込む保持面がそれぞれ形成されて
