【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 プリント基板の端末に形成された雄端子
を挿入可能なU字状の固定接点部及びバネ接点部と、こ
の固定接点部から逆U字状に折り返した折り返し部とを
形成してなる雌端子を、雄端子の挿入方向からコネクタ
ハウジングのキャビティに一定のピッチで並列的に圧入
して、上記折り返し部の下端を、コネクタハウジングを
固定した基板のスルーホールに挿入してなるカードエッ
ジコネクタにおいて、 上記コネクタハウジングの外壁下部に、基板のスルーホ
ールに挿入された雌端子の折り返し部の下端を目視可能
な切欠きを形成したことを特徴とするカードエッジコネ
クタ。
A U-shaped fixed contact portion and a spring contact portion into which a male terminal formed on a terminal of a printed circuit board can be inserted, and a folded portion folded from the fixed contact portion in an inverted U-shape. A female terminal formed by inserting the female terminal into the cavity of the connector housing in parallel at a constant pitch from the insertion direction of the male terminal, and inserting the lower end of the folded portion into a through hole of a board to which the connector housing is fixed.
