BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a case for housing an indicating instrument of a farming machine, a civil engineering machine, a motorcycle or the like, a case for storing a circuit board, or a panel exposed to the outside atmosphere. The present invention relates to an improved structure of a grommet in which a plurality of wiring members, such as electric cords and cables, are routed and arranged while maintaining dustproof and waterproofness.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a grommet structure in which a plurality of wiring members such as electric cords and cables are routed while being kept watertight, for example, the applicant of the present invention has disclosed Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. 59-10257 and Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. It has been proposed in Japanese Patent Publication No. FIG. 3 shows an outline of a grommet mounting structure of a conventional example. As a grommet mounting structure, a wiring member C made of an electric cord, a cable, or the like is generally pulled out and guided to a mounting member S such as a panel or a case. The grommet G is fitted with a flange portion formed by an annular concave portion provided on the outer peripheral edge of the grommet G, and a plurality of wiring members C are inserted through the through holes H provided on the grommet G and routed. It is arranged.

[0003] In this case, in the prior art, when a plurality of wiring members C are routed and arranged, especially when the wiring members C are routed and arranged in the same direction, or when the wiring members C are routed in the same direction. It is expected that the lead-out direction of the wiring member C will change due to the draw-out guide in different directions and the usability problem.

In recent years, in particular, in recent years, the mounting density for the electrical connection of an instrument device or an electric circuit product has been increasing, and the case for covering the outside thereof and the mounting panel have been reduced in size or thickness. As a result, as the number of wiring members C such as electric cords and cables inserted through the grommet G increases, the spacing between adjacent wiring members C decreases as the number of wiring members C increases.

However, as described above, when a plurality of wiring members C are drawn out in different directions, the plurality of wiring members C having a narrower interval are drawn. The grommet G, through which the grommet G is inserted, moves coherently due to a load such as a pulling force applied to the wiring member C. As a result, between the insertion hole H of the wiring member C provided in the grommet G and the wiring member C, There has been a problem that a gap is formed, and water, dust, and the like enter from the gap.

Accordingly, the present invention solves the above-mentioned problem of the prior art. Even if a plurality of wiring members are led out in different directions, the grommet can be satisfactorily formed along the direction in which the wiring members are drawn. It is an object of the present invention to provide a grommet that is configured to easily bend and to maintain good dustproofness and waterproofness.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, even if wiring members such as electric cords and cables are routed and guided in different directions depending on the wiring members, the flexible members surrounding the respective wiring members are provided. Independently satisfactorily flexed by the cylindrical portion, and even if the distance between adjacent wiring members is narrowed, staggered toward the front and back surfaces of the grommet so as to be staggered with respect to the adjacent wiring members. By projecting and disposing the cylindrical portion, the cylindrical portion can be formed so as to protrude without being in close contact with each other, so that the cylindrical portion can be guided and pulled out along with the wiring member in a drawing direction while being appropriately bent. According to the configuration of the second aspect, the tightness between the wiring member and the annular rib can be increased by the annular rib provided on the inner surface portion of the cylindrical portion, and the space between the grommet and the wiring member is kept watertight. It becomes possible.

An opening 1A is provided in the mounting member 1 such as a case or a panel, and a flange 4 portion is attached and fixed to the opening 1A by an annular concave portion provided on the outer peripheral edge of the grommet 3. The grommet 3 is provided with an insertion hole 5 at the base side of the grommet 3 for inserting the wiring member 2 made of a plurality of electric cords or the like, and the grommet 3 surrounds the wiring members 2 integrally from the base side of the grommet 3. In addition, flexible tubular portions 6 are provided so as to protrude toward the front and back surfaces of the grommet 3 in a staggered manner so as to be staggered with respect to the adjacent wiring members 2.

In this embodiment, the grommet 3 has an inner surface portion of the cylindrical portion 6, particularly an inner peripheral surface portion of the grommet 3 on the tip side of the grommet 3, for maintaining the dustproof or waterproof property between the wiring member 2 and the wiring member 2. An annular rib 7 is protrudingly provided to constitute the entire grommet 3.

Accordingly, since the plurality of wiring members 2 arranged around the grommet 3 are covered with the flexible tubular portion 6, the respective wiring members 2 are covered while being flexed. At the time of pulling-out guidance, each of the wiring members 2 is pulled out independently and flexibly along the drawing direction together with the cylindrical portion 6, thereby improving the dustproof and waterproof properties and improving the wiring member 2. Can be guided out.

Further, as described above, the annular rib 7 protruding from the inner peripheral surface of the distal end side of the cylindrical portion 6 keeps the space between the wiring member 2 and the cylindrical portion 6 of the grommet 3 more watertight. Wiring members 2 such as a plurality of electric cords and cables which are inserted through the grommet 3
As the number of pieces increases, the distance between adjacent wiring members C also decreases. However, a tube having flexibility toward the front and back surfaces of the grommet 3 in a staggered manner so as to be staggered with respect to the adjacent wiring members 2. By protruding and disposing the portion 6, the cylindrical portions 6 integrally provided from the grommet 3 can be molded by a mold without interference, and thus, a wiring process with a high mounting density can be performed.

As described above in detail, the first aspect of the present invention is directed to a grommet which is mounted and fixed to a mounting member such as a panel or a case, and a plurality of electric cords which are arranged around the grommet while maintaining watertightness. And a wiring member such as a cable, and surrounds the plurality of wiring members integrally from the grommet, and protrudes toward the front and back surfaces of the grommet in a staggered manner so as to be staggered with respect to the adjacent wiring members. By configuring the grommet with the provided flexible tubular portion, even if the wiring members such as electric cords and cables are routed and guided in different directions depending on each wiring member, the grommet surrounds each wiring member. Even if the flexible tubular portion provided flexes independently and satisfactorily, and the space between adjacent wiring members is narrowed, they are adjacent to each other. By arranging the tubular portions in a staggered manner toward the front and back surfaces of the grommet so as to be staggered with respect to the wiring member, the tubular portions can be formed without being closely contacted. It is possible to guide the pull-out while giving a good bending along the pull-out direction. According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, a grommet is provided by providing an annular rib on an inner surface portion of the cylindrical portion to keep watertight between the wiring member and the inner surface portion of the cylindrical portion. The tightness between the wiring member and the annular rib can be increased by the annular rib provided in the above, and the space between the grommet and the wiring member can be kept more watertight.
