The problems to be solved by the present application are disconnection of a lead wire, detachment of a sensor element, and contact of a sensor element with a heat receiving surface. The one in FIG.
The sensor element d is horizontal, but the lead wire c is bent at the bent part j to keep the shape, so if the cord is hooked during transportation of the product and the lower end of the lead wire is strongly pulled, The bent portion j composed of a dimet wire made of an alloy of iron and nickel may be disconnected. Further, although the sensor element d is designed to contact the heat receiving surface as much as possible, there is a problem in this point because the sensor element d is not configured to be elastically biased to contact the heat receiving surface. In FIG. 2, since there is no bent portion j, there is little fear of disconnection at the bent portion j. However, a vertical sensor element d is inserted from below into a vertical hole provided in the fixing bracket e. The structure is fixed with an adhesive, and there is a concern that the sensor element d may come off. In addition, since the sensor element d is a vertical sensor element, the heat receiving effect is low.

The sensor element fixing bracket 13 to which the sensor element 18 is fixed as described above is attached to the lower end 3 of the metal holder 1.
When the disk is inserted and pressed in, the joining portion 15 bent downward in an arc shape is formed around the disk 14, so that it is press-fitted while being somewhat reduced and stored and fixed in the metal holder 1. In this case, even if the lower end of the lead wire 19 is inadvertently strongly pulled, for example, while the product is being transported, the fixed portion of the sensor element 18 of the lead wire 19 of the dimet wire made of an alloy of iron and nickel is bonded. Since it is fixed with agent 21,
There is no fear of disconnection. Further, since the concave portion 22 is formed by sandwiching the lead wire fixing cylinder 17 from both sides and the lead wire 19 is fixed, the lead wire 19 is not pulled out. 12 and FIG.
The joint 15 has a petal shape.

Next, the operation will be described. According to the present invention, a lead wire 19 of a gimette wire made of an alloy of iron and nickel is fixed to the side surface of the sensor element 18 in the horizontal direction, the sensor element 18 is stored in the storage recess 16 in the horizontal direction, and the lead wire 19 is 11 and inserted downward as shown in FIG. 11, and then pulled out below the lead wire fixing cylinder 17, and heat-responsive silicone grease is inserted into the storage recess 16 of the disk 14 above the sensor element fixing bracket 13. An adhesive 21 such as epoxy resin is filled and fixed. The lead wire 19 of the sensor element 18 thus fixed is connected to the lead wire fixing cylinder 1.
7 is fixed by the concave portion 22, so that the fixing portion of the concave portion 22 serves as a fulcrum to move upward elastically. Even if this action is fixed with silicon grease, the action does not change because the silicon grease does not solidify. In particular, when the sensor element 18 is mounted so as to protrude slightly upward as shown in FIG. 13, the effect is great.

The cooker temperature detector thus assembled is usually mounted at the center of a gas stove, and the lead wire 19 is connected to an automatic opening / closing device for the gas stove so that the cooker is overheated abnormally. When, sensor element 1
8 detects this and automatically closes the valve of the gas stove. However, in the present application, the sensor element fixing bracket 13 is formed by drawing a thin metal plate and is easy to manufacture. The metal fitting 13 is a mushroom type, in which a storage recess 16 is formed in a disk 14 thereof, and the storage recess 16 is filled with an adhesive 21 such as silicon grease or epoxy resin, which is responsive to heat, and the sensor element 18 is turned sideways. Since it is fixed, it is excellent in heat transfer, and the lead wire 19 of the dimet wire made of an alloy of iron and nickel is connected to the lead wire fixing cylinder 17 at the center.
Since the lead wire 19 is fixed downward by pulling the lead wire fixing cylinder 17 from both sides to form a concave portion 22, there is no disconnection or pulling even if the lead wire 19 is strongly pulled.

The objects of the present application are to break the lead wire, to disconnect the sensor element, and to contact the heat receiving surface of the sensor element. In FIG. 1, the sensor element is in the horizontal direction, but the lead wire is bent at the bent portion j to maintain the shape. When the wire is strongly pulled, the bent portion j formed of a dimet wire made of an alloy of iron and nickel may be disconnected. In addition, although the sensor element is designed to contact the heat receiving surface as much as possible, there is a problem in this point because the sensor element is not configured to be elastically biased to contact the heat receiving surface. In FIG. 2, since there is no bent part j, there is little fear of disconnection at the bent part j.
However, since the vertical sensor element d is inserted into the vertical hole provided in the fixing bracket e from below and fixed with an adhesive, there is a concern that the sensor element d may come off. Therefore, the heat receiving effect is low. However,
The present invention is a device in which a fixing bracket 13 for a sensor element 18 is mounted inside a metal holder 1 elastically abutting on a bottom surface of a cooker.
The upper part is formed in a substantially horizontal disk 14, a storage recess 16 is formed in the center of the disk 14, and is recessed downward. The lead wire fixing cylinder 1 protrudes downward into the center of the storage recess 16.
7 are continuously formed, the sensor element 18 is laterally housed in the housing recess 16, and the upper end of a lead wire 19 is connected to the side surface of the sensor element 18, and the lead wire 19 is once bent laterally. After that, the cooker is pulled out from the center of the lead wire fixing cylinder 17 to form a concave portion 22 by sandwiching the lead wire fixing cylinder 17 from both sides and fixing the lead wire 19 to the lead wire fixing cylinder 17. The sensor element 18 is used as a fixing device for the sensor element of the temperature detecting device, so that the sensor element 18 is accommodated in the accommodating recess 16 sideways, and the upper end of a lead wire 19 is connected to the side surface of the sensor element 18. The wire 19 is once bent to the side and then pulled out below the lead wire fixing tube 17, and the lead wire fixing tube 17 is sandwiched from both sides to form a concave portion 22 to fix the lead wire 19. Therefore, the sensor element 18 is configured to move up and down resiliently with the concave portion 22 as a fulcrum, so that the sensor element 18 comes into close contact with the lower surface of the cap body, and even if the cord is forcibly pulled, there is a possibility of disconnection or pulling out. Has no effect at all. Further, in the above description, since the storage recess 16 is a fixing device for the sensor element of the cooking utensil temperature detecting device having a horizontally long shape, the sensor element 18 is stably stored. Further, in the above, the sensor element fixing bracket 13 is a fixing device for the sensor element of the temperature detecting device for a cooker formed by drawing of a thin metal plate, so that it is easy to manufacture. In the above,
The sensor element fixing bracket 13 is a device for fixing the sensor element of the temperature detecting device for a cooker, which has a shape that is elastically fitted when pushed into the metal holder 1 and is easy to manufacture. Further, in the above, the sensor element fixing device of the cookware temperature detecting device in which the adhesive 21 such as silicon grease or epoxy resin is filled in the storage recess 16 of the sensor element fixing bracket 13. Can be fixed securely.
