Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate the temperature of a water column by interlocking a color filter with the illumination transmitting position of a bulb and the position corresponding to the color of the water temperature, thereby emitting light directly from a water column to be mixed and discharged. SOLUTION: A faucet-like pipe is fixed to the forward end of a water/hot water mixing pipe 7 and a translucent body 10 comprising an optical fiber, glass or resin for transmitting the light emitted from a bulb 18 is disposed in the center thereof. A straigthener 8 and a flow-out port 9 are provided at the forward end of the pipe 7. Furthermore, a cooling water filter 11 and a conical color filter 12 are disposed in the water/hot water mixing pipe 7 along with a rotary thermometal 13 and a magnet drive coupling 14. According to the structure, a liquid column B of the mixture of water and hot water flowing out from the flow-out port 9 through the water/hot water mixing pipe 7 emits a light of color corresponding to the water temperature when the light emitted from the bulb 8 transmits through the translucent body 10.

That is, in the conventional liquid temperature discriminating apparatus, the hot water inlet pipe 41 has a cock 43, and the cold water inlet pipe 42 has a cock 44. The mixed liquid obtained by mixing the water and the cold water in the mixing pipe 45 flows out of the outlet 47 through the chamber 46 as a liquid column 48. The chamber 46 is provided with a liquid-tight light-emitting window hole 50 having a transparent plate 49 on the side surface facing the outlet 47, and a plurality of color filters 51 are arranged adjacent to the transparent plate 49. I have. The illumination light beam 54 projected from the light source 52 through the color filter 51 and the light emitting window hole 50 is directed from the lower part of the chamber 46 to the outlet 4 in the direction of the arrow.
The liquid mixture reaching 7 is illuminated through one of the color filters, and this light beam refracts and diffuses near the outlet 47 and passes through the liquid column 48 flowing out as indicated by an arrow 55. The plurality of color filters are, for example, blue, green, yellow,
When five sections of orange and red are provided, the liquid column 48 is colored beautiful red when the illumination light source passes through the red section of the color filter 51. A bimetal is provided in the chamber 56, one end of which is fixed as a fixed end in an appropriate position in the chamber 46, and the other end is fixed to one arm of an L-shaped lever having two arms. This arm penetrates the rubber damper in a liquid-tight manner and protrudes out of the chamber 46, and the end of the other arm is rotatably connected around a fixed axis. The central portion of the fan-shaped color filter 51 is fixed to the end of the arm, and is supported so as to be rotatable about the axis together with the arm. In addition, the bimetal causes the arm to move up and down in response to a change in the temperature of the mixed liquid in the chamber 46, and the other arm of the L-shaped lever rotates around the axis and simultaneously projects the color filter 51 fixed thereto. It is rotated at a position adjacent to the light window hole 50. The color filter 51 is usually adjusted so that the temperature of the mixed liquid becomes blue in a cold water region, and goes through green, yellow, and orange as the temperature becomes higher temporarily, and then becomes red in a hot water region. For example, a mixture at an appropriate temperature can be identified by coloring the yellow effluent column.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS A liquid temperature identification method according to the present invention detects a temperature change of flowing water which is mixed with hot water and cold water through a plurality of color filters and flows out, and responds to the temperature change. In the method for identifying the temperature of an effluent column for identifying and displaying a temperature change of an effluent, a mixed water of hot water and cold water is introduced into a faucet and flows around a rotary thermometal, and is further conducted to the rotary thermometal. The color filter and the drive shaft are connected via a shaft sealing device to drive the color filter through a magnet rotating at a fixed angle at a temperature or a driving force of a temperature-sensitive drive mechanism, and the color filter is positioned at the light transmission position of the bulb. And a method of identifying the temperature based on the illumination color of the outflow water column, wherein the rotation is performed at a speed of a fraction of a second. Further, the method of driving the color filter is indirect driving by a magnet or driving of a shaft, and driving of a color filter sealed together with liquid-tight cooling water. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a method and an apparatus for identifying the temperature of an outflow faucet according to the illumination color of the present invention. First, according to the temperature identification method of the present invention, when a mixed water (warm water) of hot water (hot water) and cold water (water) is poured into a faucet, the mixed water flows around a thermometal provided in a hot / water mixing pipe and flows out. (Discharge port). In the outflow process of the mixed water, the operation is performed at a speed of a fraction of a second at a temperature transmitted to the thermometal, and the rotation is performed at a fixed angle, and together with the liquid-tight cooling water by the indirect drive or the shaft drive by the magnet. The color filter enclosed in is driven. By driving the color filter, a filter of a color corresponding to the water temperature is linked at a transmission position of the illumination light beam emitted from the bulb. The light emitted from the light bulb enters the light-transmitting body that has passed through the color filter condensed through the lens, repeats internal reflection, and is transmitted through the outlet (discharge port) of the faucet. By this light transmission, an illumination effect is obtained in the falling direction of the mixed water.
