Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor so as to enhance the working efficiency by attaching a movable subhandle having an arbitrary shape in the vicinity of an attaching part for an excavating part in an existing handle of a manually operated escalator such as a shovel or the like so that a worker can use the tool in his natural posture. SOLUTION: A movable subhandle 2 which can be moved only in a direction orthogonal to a plane of an excavating part 5 is attached to an existing handle 4 of a manually excavating tool such as a shovel or the like which can be handed by a worker with his both hands, excepting a pickax and the like, in the vicinity of an attaching part for the excavating part 5. The subhandle 1 can be displaced up to about 180 deg. in accordance with an ability of a worker using the tool, and the length of the subhandle 2 can be telescopically adjusted in accordance with an excavating depth, the height of the worker or the like. When excavated sediment or the like is lifted up and moved, the subhandle 1 is gripped for handing tool, by the worker's favored arm, and accordingly, the worker can handle the tool in his natural posture, without yielding his body so as to lower the grip of his favored arm, which serves as a fulcrum. Accordingly, a loss in energy required for displacing the weight of the body of the worker is small, and balancing of both hands can be easily taken about the fulcrum, so that the labor can be greatly reduced, thereby it is possible to enhance the workability.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the attachment of an existing handle to an excavation part of a human-powered drilling tool that is normally operated with both hands, such as a scoop, a hoso, and an empi, excluding pickaxes. This is a movable sub handle that is attached near the part. The existing handle alone required a great deal of energy to lift and move the excavated earth and sand. By attaching the sub handle, the support point is lowered without buckling the posture, making it easier to balance both around the support point, which can reduce the labor and greatly buckle for the posture close to the natural body that does not buckle the body Less energy loss required for weight transfer compared to the posture, greatly reducing labor and improving work efficiency. The movable direction of the sub handle only needs to be at right angles to the excavation surface of the tool. It is difficult to work when moving in the direction. It is better that the grip part of the secondary handle can be displaced about 180 degrees so as to match each person's selfishness. However, it is better to fix it when using. Further, if it is possible to expand and contract in the length direction of the sub handle so as to conform to the conditions of excavation depth, height and other conditions, it is even easier to use. The attachment of the sub handle may be performed by providing an attachment portion near the attachment portion of the existing handle to the excavation portion, or by providing an attachment portion to the sub handle.
