In caries, carbohydrates and the like in food are fermented by oral microorganisms to generate acid, demineralize teeth, and cause dental caries. As a preventive measure for such caries, it has been effective to wash the oral teeth with fluorine, but the effect has not been sufficient yet. It has also been practiced to mix hydroxyapatite into a dentifrice to remove dental plaque and to strengthen the teeth (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 56-1981).
No. 73014, JP-A-4-230315). Furthermore, it is also known to contain a fluorine compound and hydroxyapatite.

Has features. (1) Fluorine compound As the fluorine compound in the present invention, sodium fluoride, sodium monofluorophosphate, calcium monofluorophosphate and stannous fluoride can be used, and the fluorine ion converts hydroxyapatite to fluoroapatite. Reduces the solubility of apatite. In addition, it has an antibacterial effect in addition to remineralizing the lesions of the ulcer while depositing various fluoride salts. These act on both enamel and dentin. In addition to the calcification effect of fluorine, fluorine ions exert an anti-anterior effect by affecting the ecosystem of plaque microorganisms, and the glycolytic enzymes of the microorganisms are suppressed by fluorine. In other words, the suppression of sugar metabolism reduces the production of acid, thereby reducing the demineralization of enamel and at the same time, interfering with the synthesis of polysaccharides in plaque, thereby reducing microbial adherence to tooth surfaces. Is what you do. (2) Hydroxyapatite Hydroxyapatite, when the particle size is coarse, excessively wears the tooth surface, resulting in hyperesthesia and the like. Therefore, by blending the particles having a particle diameter of 2 to 6 μm and a specific surface area of 80 m 2 / g or less, the tooth surface can be easily cleaned, and the carious lesions and the enamel on the hypersensitive surface can be treated with this hydroxyapatite. Envelops and promotes remineralization of teeth. (3) Combination of xylitol and fluorine compound Xylitol, which is blended as a sweetener, has a large inhibitory effect on the texture as compared with other synthetic and natural sweeteners. Xylitol has the function of reducing dental plaque and the cariogenic bacteria therein, and further increases the caries prevention effect of fluorine when used in combination with a fluorine compound. Most of the sweeteners in commercially available dentifrices are sodium saccharin, and this sweetener has an unpleasant aftertaste and may have a problem on the human body. In addition, sweeteners in dentifrices are selected to remove the taste and odor of the raw material powder and give a refreshing sensation. However, avoid using sugar and sucrose because they are the greatest factors in the generation and promotion of texture. Inevitably, no sweetener is used at all, resulting in an unpleasant taste or using an alternative sweetener such as saccharin sodium. Or the effects of As is evident from the above, the most desired dentifrices at present are highly safe for the body, and in addition to the ability to remove plaque, prevent tooth decay,
Inhibition and also therapeutic effects are obtained. Therefore, in the present invention, xylitol is blended as a sweetener. Xylitol causes an endothermic reaction when dissolved, so that a pleasant and refreshing feeling can be obtained in the oral cavity. Also, when sugar is ingested, the pH level in the oral cavity drops rapidly and demineralization of tooth enamel occurs, whereas xylitol is not fermented by oral bacteria at all, so no acid is produced, Therefore, the pH value does not change. In addition, xylitol stimulates the secretion of saliva, thereby increasing calcium levels in the oral cavity, promoting demineralization and remineralization of healthy teeth, and preventing the occurrence of dental caries.
As described above, xylitol gives a feeling of exhilaration, enhances the texture of the tooth, and is less likely to be touched. In addition, the xylitol also functions to suppress the progress of a tooth already affected by the touch. It is. In addition, xylitol is approved for use in food and medical products in more than 35 countries around the world, including the United States, Canada, and the EC countries. The FAO / WHO Joint Food Standards Commission has determined that the daily intake (ADI) is Not specified "has been evaluated as the most secure category. (4) Combination of apatite / fluorine / xylitol By using hydroxyapatite in combination with a fluorine compound and xylitol, hydroxyapatite reacts with the fluorine compound and xylitol. Xylitol also promotes the effect of fluorapatite. This fluorapatite crystallizes on the tooth surface. As a result, the deficient portion of the tooth surface and the enamel that caused the caries are covered with the above-mentioned fluorapatite, and the effect of preventing caries is exhibited by fluorination.

る。(5) Wetting agent Glycerin, sorbitol, propylene glycol, butylene glycol, polyethylene glycol and the like are used as the wetting agent. Among them, glycerin and sorbitol are hardened when the dentifrice is exposed to air. To prevent freezing of the dentifrice in winter. Glycerin and sorbitol are polyhydric alcohols and have some sweetness. (6) Abrasives As abrasives, silicic anhydride, dibasic calcium phosphate,
Tertiary calcium phosphate, calcium pyrophosphate, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, magnesium carbonate, insoluble sodium metaphosphate, and the like are used. Silicic anhydride (also known as silica) is not a Ca salt and has good compatibility with fluorine. These abrasives are preferably used in the form of spherical and ultrafine particles (average particle diameter: 0.5 μm). Due to such a shape, even after prolonged brushing, the tooth surface is less worn and after polishing. The surface of the tooth can be felt smooth. (7) Solubilizing agent As the solubilizing agent, polysorbate 80, polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil, polyoxyethylene castor oil, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene cetyl ether, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene butyl ether and polyoxyethylene octylphenyl Ether or the like is used, and particularly preferred is polysorbate 80, which is a nonionic surfactant. (8) Foaming agent As the foaming agent, sodium lauryl sulfate, triethanolamine lauryl sulfate, hexyl laurate, diethanolamide laurate, sodium lauroyl sarcosine and the like are used, and particularly preferred is lauryl sulfate, an anionic surfactant. Sodium. (9) Two types of surfactants The combination of polysorbate 80, a nonionic surfactant as a solubilizing agent, and sodium lauryl sulfate, an anionic surfactant, as a foaming agent, makes it thick and strong. Plaque can be effectively dissolved and separated, and the ability to remove mechanical plaque can be enhanced. Conventional products use only one kind of sodium lauryl sulfate, and sodium lauryl sulfate is an anionic surfactant and has extremely high hydrophilicity. Therefore, when water is present in the oral cavity even if it is added alone to the dentifrice, the adhesion to plaque is relatively weak, and the plaque removing action during brushing is not sufficient. On the other hand, polysorbate 80, which is a nonionic surfactant, is not so hydrophilic and has adhesion to plaque and solubilization. Descale removal has been enhanced. (10) Binder As the binder, xanthan gum, carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, methyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, ethyl cellulose, sodium alginate, carrageenan, guar gum and the like are used. (11) Preservatives As preservatives, sodium benzoate, paraben, benzoic acid, sodium salicylate, ethyl paraoxybenzoate, propyl paraoxybenzoate, butyl paraoxybenzoate and the like are used. (12) Flavor colorants As flavor colorants, peppermint oil, spearmint oil, l-menthol, carvone, orange oil, lemon oil, lime oil, thymol, grapefruit oil, edible red No. 2 aluminum lake, edible red No. 3 aluminum Lake, Food Yellow No. 5 Sunset Yellow FCF, Food Green No. 3 Aluminum Lake, Food Blue No. 1 Brilliant Blue FCF, Copper Copper Chlorophyrin Sodium, β-Carotene, etc. are used.
