に、断面環状の空隙9をあけて略中央に小径のエアチュ
ーブ10を配置し、上記空隙9内に、断面環状の発泡弾
性体11を充填すると共に、ソリッドゴム又は樹脂の薄
層12を、上記発泡弾性体11又は上記エアチューブ1

され、また上記発泡弾性体6と上記エアチューブ4の接
地面側との間に、ソリッドゴム又は樹脂の薄層7が配置
されている。該薄層7は上記発泡弾性体6かエアチュー
ブ4かの一方の側に、貼り付けられるか或いは一体成形
されるが、発泡弾性体6側に一体成形されるのが好まし
い。そして、タイヤサイズ、転がり抵抗、重量、パンク
抵抗性、リム組み付け性を設定するのに、上記発泡弾性
体6の形状、見掛け密度及び肉厚或いは上記薄層7の位
置、肉厚、材質等が考慮されて設定される。8はエアバ
ルブである。

あるものを準備し、切り離し部からエアチューブ10を
挿入しその切り離し部をゴム糊又は瞬間接着剤にて閉じ
て、その後リム組する。
