は200℃近辺まで加熱制御された状態となっている。
ローラ表面には定着時に記録紙上のトナーがローラ側に
付着しないようにするため、フッ素樹脂等の耐熱性のあ
る離型材が塗布されている。ローラ部分の両端には外径
をローラ部分より細くしたボス部分が設けられている。

が設けられ、ベアリング部材を介して外部の定着装置の
枠体に取付けられていて、加熱ローラは定着時には一定
