Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a curtain from flapping wound up by wind and to assure the good visual field from the rear surface by forming a main body like a net, and partially coloring points covering the windows, etc., of buildings with respect to its rear surface side with a black color coating material. SOLUTION: The curtain 1 is an ordinary curtain as a whole shape and is stated with characters 2 for advertisement on the front surface side. The rear surface side of the curtain 1 is coated with the black material in a rectangular shape. This rectangular part 3 is disposed at the position just meeting the windows of the building at which this curtain 1 is actually installed. The parts exclusive of the rectangular parts 3 are formed as while which is the ground color of the curtain body. The coating material applied on the rectangular part 3 is made black so that the light (interior illumination, etc.) cast on the part from the rear surface side is well absorbed and that the reflected light quantity is decreased. The coating material is applied on the parts described above slightly thick to prevent the transmission of the light (sunshine, etc.) from the front surface side over the entire part of the curtain 1.

[0003] However, since advertisement curtains are generally installed outdoors, there is a disadvantage that they are easily affected by wind. If the curtain is hung from the roof of the building, it may be turned up or twisted by a slight wind, making the advertisement invisible, as well as the rope fixing the curtain coming off or tearing, which may cause a serious accident There is also.

[0004] Therefore, the present inventor has manufactured a sheet-like member constituting a curtain by using a net-like body having a large number of small through-holes, and a part of the wind passes through the curtain, whereby the wind pressure applied to the curtain is increased. Was successfully reduced.
Furthermore, since this curtain has many small holes,
It has been found that even a curtain hanging over a window can provide a certain level of visibility from that window. However, the field of view was not always good because it was hindered by diffusely reflected light on the back side of the curtain (the back side of the advertising surface) or by a transmission hole passing through the curtain itself.

In order to solve this drawback, the back surface of the curtain is colored with a dark paint. As a result, the amount of reflected light was reduced, and a good view was secured. In this way, not only was the wind strong, but from the outside of the building, the windows behind the curtain were invisible, but the windows provided a great view of the outside.

However, it has been found that the advertising curtain thus obtained has problems in cost and strength. The dark paint applied to the back of the curtain must block the transmission of the irradiated light, and therefore needs to be applied to a certain thickness. This increased the cost of the curtain and made it inexpensive.
In addition, the thick coating increases the weight, and the required strength of the fixing device and the rope for locking the banner is increased. As the curtain itself increased in weight, it became easier to stretch and the strength was reduced.

In view of the above points, the present inventor has finally made the present invention as a result of earnest research, and the feature of the present invention is the curtain arranged on the wall of a building. The main body is formed in a net shape, and the portion of the back surface of the main body which covers windows and the like of the building is partially colored with a dark paint. That is, the present invention is an epoch-making invention in which the application of the dark color paint applied to the entire back surface is limited only to the necessary portions, and the weight and cost are reduced.

[0008] Here, the term "window or the like" refers to a general "window", that is, a hole for lighting or ventilation on a wall of a building, a veranda of an apartment house, an opening of a stair landing, and the like. Is also included as a concept. In other words, when the advertisement curtain of the present invention is suspended or stretched, the opening of the building where visibility is obstructed by the curtain is referred to as “windows”.
Is defined.

"Dark color paint" refers to a paint having a small amount of reflected light with respect to the amount of incident light. Specifically, black, dark blue, dark brown, dark gray, and the like. Further, a paint having no gloss is preferable, and it is preferable that a paint used is a single color rather than a multicolor, but it is not particularly limited in the present invention. The coloring method is not limited.

[0010] An "advertisement" refers to a general description made up of characters, figures, symbols, or a combination thereof. When an advertisement character is described like a banner of a department store, this character becomes an advertisement, and when the slogan is described by a picture, the picture becomes an advertisement. It should be noted that the form in which the description of characters, pictures, and the like is rendered on the curtain surface is not limited at all. However, in the range in which the present inventor conducted a trial experiment, the application of the paint by printing or spraying was more preferable because the leakage of the paint to the back surface was smaller than that of the drawing method by brush coating.

[0011] The sheet on which the advertisement is described has a net-like structure. The term “net-like” is defined as a property of a so-called “net” made by knitting a linear body, which is a sheet-like and has a large number of through-holes. Accordingly, a flat sheet body in which a large number of punch holes are engraved also belongs to the category of the advertising curtain of the present invention. In the case of a curtain body that is large and heavy, such as a curtain hanging from the roof of a department store, a plastic sheet body provided with punched holes is easily stretched structurally and has many problems. In such a case, if fiber yarns such as glass fiber yarns, synthetic fiber yarns, or natural fiber yarns are woven in a net shape, sufficient strength can be obtained and it is more effective.

In the case of a woven fabric, a plain weave with many voids is preferred in terms of "not affected by the wind" which is one of the objects of the advertising curtain of the present invention. Considering the points that "there is a good view but the back side is not visible" and "obtaining a view from the back side of the curtain", it is considered that there is a certain optimal range for this gap. In the range in which the present inventor conducted various trials, the effect was exhibited when the pores forming the voids were about 0.5 to 4.0 mm square, and the width (thickness) of the yarn (filament of the fabric) was about 0.5 to 4.0 mm. It was particularly preferable that the size of the hole was about 1 mm in both length and width, and the width of the yarn itself was about 1.3 mm.

FIGS. 1A and 1B show an example of an advertising curtain 1 according to the present invention (hereinafter referred to as “the curtain 1 of the present invention”). FIG. FIG. 7B shows the back side. As is clear from the figure, the curtain 1 of the present invention
The overall shape is a normal banner. And the character 2 for advertisement is described on the front side. On the other hand, a black paint is applied in a rectangular shape on the back side surface of the curtain 1 of the present invention. The rectangular portion 3 is provided at a position exactly matching the window of the building where the curtain 1 of the present invention is actually installed. The portion other than the rectangular portion 3 is white, which is the ground color of the curtain. The rectangular part 3
The paint applied to the surface is black so that the light (such as indoor illumination light) applied to the part from the back side is well absorbed and the amount of reflected light is small, and the light (sunlight etc.) from the front side is curtained. It is applied slightly thick so as not to penetrate the body.

FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram schematically showing the structure of the curtain 1 of the present invention. A plain woven fabric made of synthetic fiber yarn 4 (in this example, a polyester filament yarn, and in the figure, it is a flat strip shape for the sake of simplicity, but is actually closer to a columnar shape and deformed flat at the intersection). Is a base cloth, and the entire surface is covered with a vinyl chloride resin coating layer 5 (white).
It is formed by coating. In this example, the coating of the paint 5 is performed by coating with a dipping device. Therefore, at the stage of the base cloth, both the front and back surfaces are white. In the curtain 1 of the present invention, the paint 6 (multicolor) is printed on the front side of the base cloth covered with the paint 5 and the paint 7 is printed on the back side.
(Black) is provided by spraying.

In this embodiment, a polyester filament yarn is used as a synthetic fiber yarn, which is covered with a flame-retardant coating layer made of a vinyl chloride resin. However, other plastic yarns may be used. For example, glass fibers may be twisted in order to impart high nonflammability. Further, as the coating layer, a material other than the vinyl chloride resin, for example, an acrylic resin can be suitably used. In addition, although the description of the advertisement on the front side of the curtain is in the case of drawing characters by printing in the present example, it is also possible to describe other than characters, and of course, it is also possible to adopt other methods without depending on printing (FIG. Not shown).

Since it has a net shape, even if it receives wind, it escapes when it is used. Since it is not easily affected by wind, it is not necessary to firmly lock it to a fixed object such as the roof of a building, so that installation and removal work is simplified. Since it is net-like and the back surface corresponding to a window or the like is colored dark, a good view from the back surface is secured. Since the coloring of the dark paint on the back surface is only at a portion corresponding to a window or the like, an increase in the weight of the curtain due to the paint weight can be minimized, and a decrease in strength and an increase in cost can be reduced. Since the description is visible from the front side and the back side is difficult to see, and the front side is easy to see from the back side, visibility from a window or the like can be suitably secured.
