2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, for example, in a storage tank for storing drinking water, firefighting water, and other liquids, or in a home swimming pool, there is a technique of forming a liquid tank by stacking a plurality of annular air tubes. It is known that when it is used, it only needs to put air into the air chamber, and when it is not used, it can be folded and stored, requiring no space, so it is useful as a simple liquid tank.

As such an air tube type liquid tank,
There are two types: a type that forms a liquid tank using an inner sheet inside, and a type that forms a liquid tank by sealing the joint of air tubes without using an inner sheet. As an example, a structure as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 is known. In this liquid tank 51, a V tape 53 having a shape as shown in FIG. 9 (A) is adhered to a joint between a plurality of stacked annular air tubes 52,. A bottom cloth 54 is adhered to the lowermost air tube 52 to make the internal space a liquid storage section.

[0004] By the way, such an air tube 52
In general, an annular shape is not adopted because of the difficulty of manufacturing, the effective use of materials, the manufacturing cost, etc., and a straight columnar tube is joined into a polygonal shape to form an annular shape. In general, the V tape 53 is also formed of one tape from the viewpoint of improving liquid tightness, and at a portion corresponding to a corner, as shown in FIG. , V-tape 53 is commonly used.

[0005] Generally, in order to discharge the liquid from the liquid storage section, for example, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, a discharge pipe 5 is provided at a predetermined position of the joint between the lowermost air tube 52 and the bottom cloth 54.
In general, a detachable blind plug 56 or the like is provided at the tip of the discharge pipe 55 by providing the inner pipe 5 and the inner pipe 5.

However, the above-described air tube type liquid tank 51 is, as shown in FIG.
There is a problem that the liquid easily leaks from the polygonal corners (circles). That is, as is clear from the bent state of the V tape 53 in FIG. 9B, many portions where the tape overlaps occur at the bent portion of the tape 53, and the overlapping surface of the tape is completely formed at the overlapping portion. This is because if they are not bonded, a gap will be formed, and a gap is more likely to be formed than in other places. For this reason, it is necessary to take measures such as filling the corner portion with a caulking material or the like to make the liquid-tightness complete, if necessary. In this case, there has been a problem that the number of steps is increased.

On the other hand, the tip of the discharge pipe 55 protrudes near the ground near the liquid tank 51. For example, a worker who is working around the liquid tank 51 touches the discharge pipe 55 to blind plug. If the portion 56 comes off, there is a problem that the liquid inside leaks unexpectedly. Further, even when the liquid inside is to be discharged into a predetermined container, for example, the length of the discharge pipe 55 is short and does not reach the inside of the container. When a treatment is required and the liquid tank 51 is heavy, it may be difficult.

In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, a plurality of annular air tubes are stacked and joined together, and the lowermost air tube of the uppermost air tube is arranged from the inner surface side of the air chamber. The inner sheet was stuck to the inner side of the air chamber of the air tube, and the bottom cloth was stuck to the lowermost air tube.

In this way, if the inner sheet is adhered from the inner surface of the air chamber of the uppermost air tube to the inner surface of the air chamber of the lowermost air tube, the joint between the air tubes does not have a liquid-tight structure. Even so, the inner peripheral surface can be securely sealed, and such an attaching operation can be performed relatively easily. Here, the inner sheet and the air tube are adhered in a liquid-tight manner with, for example, an adhesive, and the wider the width of the adhesive, the better the liquid-tightness. A degree is enough. Also, the inner sheet needs to be attached to at least the uppermost air tube and the lowermost air tube in a liquid-tight manner,
It does not necessarily have to be attached to the middle air tube.

Further, in the second aspect, the joining of the air tubes is partially joined to be partially joined. That is,
As described above, the joint between the air tubes does not need to have a liquid-tight structure, but may be merely joined. Therefore, the contact surfaces are partially joined without joining over the entire area. By doing so, the joining operation can be further simplified, and the structure can be reduced.

When the liquid is stored, the discharge pipe is extended upward along the outer surface of the air tube, and the extended end is located beyond the uppermost position of the upper surface of the air tube. In this case, there is no danger of the liquid in the liquid tank leaking out of the discharge pipe even if the discharge pipe is not closed with a blind plug or the like.
Further, when discharging the liquid, if the locking means is unlocked and the outlet end of the discharge pipe is lowered below the liquid level, the liquid is discharged as it is, so that the discharging operation is easy. Further, even when the liquid is discharged into a predetermined container, the liquid can be easily extended into the container because the discharge pipe is long, so that the operation can be easily performed.

As described above, in the air tube type liquid tank of the present invention, the inner surface of the stacked air tubes extends from the inner surface of the uppermost air chamber to the inner surface of the lowermost air chamber. Since the sheet is stuck and the bottom cloth is stuck to the bottom air tube, it can be securely sealed from the inner peripheral surface to the bottom surface, and such an adhering operation is relatively easy. The operation is extremely simple because there is no need to employ a liquid-tight structure for the air tube. If the air tubes are partially joined to each other as in claim 2, the joining operation can be further simplified and the cost can be reduced.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, at least a part of the discharge pipe is made of a flexible material, and extends upward along the outer surface of the air tube so that at least the extended end is the uppermost step. If the length of the air tube exceeds the highest position on the upper surface of the air tube, and the uppermost air tube is provided with a locking means for detachably engaging the discharge tube, leakage of the liquid from the discharge tube is reliably prevented. And the length is long, it is possible to correspond to various discharge modes. As described in claim 4, when the liquid tank of claim 1 and the discharge pipe of claim 3 are combined, the liquid tightness of the liquid storage part is improved, and leakage from the discharge pipe is reliably prevented. The operation for discharging the liquid from the discharge pipe can be easily performed.
