ヒートインシュレータパネルとバンパ本体の変形強度を
上げるための補強メンバとを含み、ヒートインシュレー
タパネルと補強メンバとを少なくとも一部共締めしたこ
とにより、突起及び結合部材の必要な個数を減らし、バ
ンパの剛性向上を図ることができる。さらに、被取付部
材であるパネルをバンパ本体の開口部に対応する箇所に
