The kitchen apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a drying means is provided in the storage cabinet. 6. The kitchen apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a sterilizing means is provided in the storage cabinet. 7. The kitchen apparatus according to claim 1, wherein an inner wall of the storage cabinet is made of an antibacterial material. 8. The kitchen apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a deodorizing means is provided in the storage cabinet. 9. The kitchen apparatus according to claim 1, wherein ventilation means is provided in the storage cabinet. 10. The kitchen apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a dishwashing basket and a drawer for pulling out the dishwashing basket to the sink side in the storage cabinet. 11. The kitchen apparatus according to claim 10, wherein the dish washing basket is an upper washing basket and a lower washing basket divided into upper and lower parts. 12. The kitchen apparatus according to claim 10, wherein the dishwashing basket has a means for preventing the non-storage items stored in the dishwashing basket from falling out of the dishwashing basket. 13. The kitchen apparatus according to claim 11, wherein the storage cabinet has a lowering means for lowering the upper cleaning basket so as to contact the upper surface of the worktop. 14. The kitchen apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a door having a water receiver on an inner wall of the door. 15. The kitchen apparatus according to claim 14, wherein the water receiver has discharge means for discharging the accumulated water into the storage cabinet. 16. The storage cabinet has a plurality of independent cabinet portions, and one of the cabinet portions is provided with a washing means, and the dishwashing basket provided in the independent cabinet portion is provided in another cabinet portion. 4. The kitchen apparatus according to claim 3, wherein said kitchen apparatus is configured to be interchangeable with a dishwashing basket and interchangeable.
