Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate easy reading of books and prevent the paper surface to rise or wave without pressing down by hand the paper surface of a book spread when reading a thick book, by attaching a paper weight arm of weighty metal, etc., which moves in a circular arc in the lower center of an inclined board. SOLUTION: In the lower center of an inclined board 1 equipped with a stopper, rotary paper weight arms 2 consisting of two weighty metals and the like, are installed. Further, in the inclined board 1 equipped with the stopper, a recess to house the leading end of the paper weight arm 2 is provided.

【発明の詳細な説明】この発明は、傾斜台の下方中央に円弧で動く二つの金属
等の重量のある紙面押さえアームを取り付けた読書台で
ある。従来の読書は、一般に机上に本を拡げて文字を読
むが、本が机と水平になるので読みにくい。又、厚い本
を読む時は拡げた紙面を手で押さえていないと、紙面が
浮き上がってしまうので手が自由に使えない。本発明
は、これらの欠点を除く為になされたもので、それを図
面について説明すればストッパー付きの傾斜台（１）の
下方中央に、二つの金属等の重量のある回転式の紙面押
さえアーム（２）を取り付けたものである。又、ストッ
パー付き傾斜台（１）には、紙面押さえアーム（２）の
