Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the frequency of removing the contaminant depositing on activated carbon by exposing the sewage to magnetism to micronize the combined water molecules in the sewage and then removing the contaminant by the use of activated carbon. SOLUTION: The circulating pump 4 of this sewage purifier connecting a storage tank 1 and an activated carbon tank 3 is passed through a magnetism exposer 2 provided with a magnetic force-emitting magnet, and the activated carbon tank 3 is connected to the storage tank 1 through the circulating pipe 4. The circulating pipe 4 is collapsed flat in the exposer 2, the sewage flowing in the pipe 4 is more efficiently exposed to magnetism, hence the molecules are dissociated and micronized, and the moisture is easily passed through the micropore of the activated carbon. As a result, even if the contaminant is accumulated in the micropore of the activated carbon, only the moisture is easily passed through the activated carbon. The sewage is repeatedly passed through the exposer 2 from the storage tank 1, circulated from the activated carbon tank 3 to the storage tank 1 and purified.

2. Description of the Related Art One of the methods for treating wastewater such as human waste is a method using activated carbon. Activated carbon is a carbon material that has a large number of micropores and a large surface area. Therefore, by allowing the sewage to pass through the activated carbon tank, the pollutants in the sewage can be adsorbed with these fine pores and surface area.

Activated carbon is one of the pollutants contained in sewage water, and contains BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand) and COD.
(Chemical oxygen demand), excellent in removing pigments and odor components. When such a pollutant component is adsorbed, the activated carbon is clogged with micropores, and the function of removing the pollutant component is reduced. Therefore, heat treatment and chemical treatment are applied to the clogged activated carbon,
It is common practice to remove pollutants and recycle. However, when heat treatment or chemical treatment is performed, equipment for the heat treatment or chemical treatment is also required, and the general distribution is lacking from the viewpoint of the increase in the size of the equipment and economy. Therefore, the present invention provides a sewage purification method and a sewage purification apparatus that require a small number of times of removing the pollutant component attached to the activated carbon while using the activated carbon, and furthermore, the pollutant component attached to the activated carbon by a simple method. It is an object of the present invention to provide a sewage purification method and a sewage purification device that can be removed from the wastewater.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the method for purifying sewage according to the present invention employs a method in which sewage is first exposed to strong magnetism and then purified with activated carbon. Exposure to strong magnetism breaks the bonds between the water molecules and breaks them down, making it easier for water to pass through the micropores of the activated carbon. This makes it possible to provide a sewage purification method in which only water can easily pass through the activated carbon even if the polluted components are accumulated in the micropores of the activated carbon, and the number of times of removing the polluted components attached to the activated carbon is reduced. It becomes.

In the sewage purification apparatus according to the present invention, the principle of the sewage purification method according to the present invention is adopted. That is, the sewage is exposed to magnetism by an exposure device, and then the sewage is purified in an activated carbon tank. In addition, by sending air into the activated carbon tank, the polluted components attached to the activated carbon are removed, and the biological treatment of the polluted components by bacteria is promoted.
