し、 一対のプーリは発酵槽内を所定移送速度で走行するとと
もに、チェンは所定スクープ速度で移動し、かつ一対の
プーリ間のチェンは水平方向に対して所定チェン角度だ
け傾斜しており、 一対のプーリの移送速度、チェンのスクープ速度および
チェンのチェン角度は可変となっていることを特徴とす
る発酵処理装置。
