得ないものである。また、かかる洗浄不足に起因する付
着コンクリ−トの固結成長を促進せしめ、しばしば排出
ゲ−トの開閉作動を著しく阻害して無用のトラブルを発
生せしめやすいものであって、ひいては、定期的な固結
コンクリ−トの所謂ハツリ作業を行なわなければなら
ず、かかる点からも極めて問題の多いものとなってい
た。

材11の両側に各々所定間隔をおいて開口部13が形成
され、該各開口部13にはシャッタ−部材14が開閉自
在に装着されると共に、カバ−部材11の両側外方には
所要数の噴射ノズル18がシャッタ−部材14・開口部
13を通して内方に出入自在に配設されてなることを特
徴とする、コンクリ−ト製造装置における自動洗浄装
置。
An opening 13 is formed at a predetermined interval on each side of a scattering prevention cover member 11 interposed between a mixer 3 and a hopper 9 constituting a concrete manufacturing apparatus 1. A shutter member 14 is attached to each of the openings 13 so as to be openable and closable, and a required number of spray nozzles 18 are provided on both sides of the cover member 11 outside through the shutter member 14 and the openings 13. An automatic cleaning apparatus in a concrete manufacturing apparatus, wherein the automatic cleaning apparatus is provided so as to be freely accessible.
