Here, the positive temperature coefficient (Positive Temperature Coefficient)
Coefficient (hereinafter, referred to as PTC) characteristic is a characteristic in which when a resistance heating element rises to a predetermined temperature, its electric resistance value sharply increases and is kept constant at a predetermined temperature to suppress the further increase in temperature. A characteristic in which the maximum temperature can be variously controlled in advance by appropriately adjusting the composition of the heating element.

Further, the outer surface of the resistance heating element 3b printed on the back surface of the heat radiation surface of the base film 3a facing the radiation opening 2a of the case body 3 was covered with another electric insulating film 3c. Since a minute air layer 3e is formed between the insulating film 3c and the resistance heating element 3b to form a heat insulating layer, the heat insulating material 4 is provided on the side of the electric insulating film 3c for coating. In addition, it is possible to improve the heat storage property and the retention property in the case 2 and to improve the heat radiation property when the radiation is radiated from the radiation opening 2a to the outside, that is, the heating property.
