Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable removal of dust without breaking balance in flow rate even when a vertical part used is relatively small in diameter and without stopping the operation of equipment. SOLUTION: A circular removing body 8 is made free to move vertically along an internal wall surface 3 of a vertical part 6 of an exhaust dust 2 and is moved vertically to remove dust 4 adhering to the internal wall surface 3 of the vertical part 6 by being raked thereoff. An exhaust gas G passes smoothly through the center of the removing body 8 to eliminate loss of balance of the flow rate even when the vertical part 6 is relatively limited in diameter.

2. Description of the Related Art For example, when solid matter such as waste incineration ash is melted at a high temperature, a large amount of oxidizing gas and decomposition gas are generated, and fine particles are generated with the generation of these exhaust gases. The exhaust gas captures and exhausts the dust by passing through the dust collector, but the dust that cannot be captured is deposited on the inner wall surface of the exhaust duct.
If this state is left as it is, the exhaust duct will be blocked, and it will be necessary to remove it.

Means for solving the problem of the present invention is to provide an annular duct which is formed to have a diameter slightly smaller than the cross-sectional diameter of the vertical portion of the exhaust duct and is capable of moving up and down along the inner peripheral surface thereof. A removing body is provided, and the removing body is hung on the hanging rope at a plurality of locations where the outer peripheral portion is separated by a predetermined interval, and a plurality of winding bodies for winding each hanging rope are provided,
In order to turn the removal body vertically by rotating a predetermined angle around the radial direction when descending the exhaust duct, and to rotate it in the opposite direction around the radial direction when ascending, the removal body is suspended. A drive device for adjusting the lead-out length of the holding cord is provided, and a protrusion is formed on an outer peripheral portion of the remover so as to slidably fit in a vertical groove formed on an inner peripheral surface of the exhaust duct, Pressure gauges for detecting the pressure in the exhaust duct are provided separately on the downstream side and the upstream side of the exhaust duct, and control the driving of the driving device so as to adjust the length of the hanging rope and adjust the pressure. A control device having a function of controlling the driving of the driving device according to the difference between the pressure signals from the gauge is provided.

In the above configuration, a pressure gauge provided separately on the downstream side and the upstream side of the exhaust duct detects the pressure in the exhaust duct, and when a difference between pressure signals from the pressure gauge exceeds a predetermined value, the control device Controls the drive of the driving device to adjust the length of the hanging rope, so that the winding body rotates, and the removing body rotates by a predetermined angle around the radial direction and becomes vertical. In addition, the control device outputs a drive signal to the drive device, so that the removing body slides down in the vertical groove formed on the inner peripheral surface of the exhaust duct while the removing body remains in the vertical orientation, and the removing body moves in the vertical portion. When reaching the lower end, the control device controls the drive of the driving device so as to adjust the length of the hanging rope, whereby the winding body rotates and the removing body rotates in the opposite direction around the radial direction. It moves to a horizontal state, and then the control unit sends a drive signal to the drive unit. Output, thereby removing body winder rotates in the opposite direction is increased along a vertical portion of the exhaust duct, to remove the dust adhered to the inner wall surface of the exhaust duct.

As described above, according to the embodiment of the present invention,
An annular remover 8 is provided so as to be able to move up and down along the inner wall surface 3 of the vertical portion 6, and the dust 4 attached to the inner wall surface 3 of the vertical portion 6 is removed by lifting and lowering the remover 8. As a result, the cross section of the vertical portion 6 is not reduced by the chain hanging down along the vertical portion 6 as in the related art, and the exhaust gas G smoothly passes through the center of the removing body 8. Even with the vertical portion 6 having a relatively small diameter, the flow rate balance in the high-temperature melting furnace is not broken.

Further, since the dust 4 can be removed without stopping the operation of the high-temperature melting furnace, the operation rate does not decrease. Further, pressure gauges 18 are provided in the vertical section 6 and the horizontal section 7 of the exhaust duct 2, and a pressure difference from these pressure gauges 18 is output to the control device 30 as a pressure difference signal via a differential pressure indicator 31, and both driving Since the drive of the motor 17 is controlled to automatically remove the dust 4, labor saving can be achieved.

Further, in the above-described embodiment, when the removing member 8 is lowered along the vertical portion 6, the vertical direction A is used. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the removing member 8 is moved along the vertical portion 6. At the time of lowering, the removal length of the hanging rope 13 is adjusted to bring the removal body 8 into the horizontal state B, and the removal body 8 is brought into the horizontal state B.
The dust 4 is removed by lowering it as it is.
The dust 4 can be removed again by the removing body 8 by raising the horizontal state B.

As is apparent from the above invention, the present invention provides an annular duct which is formed to have a diameter slightly smaller than the cross-sectional diameter of the vertical portion of the exhaust duct and which can be moved up and down along the inner peripheral surface. The removed body is hung on the hanging rope at a plurality of locations where the outer peripheral portion is separated by a predetermined distance, and a plurality of winding bodies for winding each of the hanging ropes are provided, and the winding bodies are rotated. A drive device for driving is provided, and the drive device is driven to move up and down the removing body to remove dust adhering to the inner peripheral surface of the vertical portion of the exhaust duct, so that the exhaust gas smoothly flows through the center of the removing body. Therefore, even in a vertical portion having a relatively small diameter, dust can be removed without breaking the flow rate balance, and dust can be removed without stopping operation of the equipment. The operating rate does not decrease.
