図2に示す様に係止手段(4)が動いて係止具(5)に
接触する。更にゆれて図3に示す様に開き戸(2)がわ
ずかに開くと係止手段(4)の係止部(4a)が係止具
(5)の係止部(5b)に係止される。係止に到る係止
手段(4)の動きはゆれのみでなく重力及び係止具
(5)の磁石(5c)の磁力で補助されて確実になって
いる。この状態で係止手段(4)の係止部(4a)は装
置本体(3)の停止部(3a)で停止され開き戸(2)
はその位置でロックされる。当然のことながらゆれの力
は開き戸(2)を閉じる方向にも作用するがロック位置

込みを選択出来ることが特徴である。本発明においては
例えばマグネットキャッチ(7)は装置本体(3)の正
面にロック機構と上下積層する状態で組み込まれてい
る。マグネットキャッチ(7)がある場合開き戸(2)
がマグネットキャッチ(7)の吸着力の限度まで静止し
静止状態でロックすることが出来てロックがより確実に
行なえる。マグネットキャッチ(7)(マグネット(7
a)と磁性体板(7b))の吸着板(8)は開き戸
(2)側の係止具(5)と共に開き戸(2)に固定され
ている。図6は本発明の地震時ロック及び解除方法を示
し、該方法は図1乃至図4に示した装置と比較し次の特
徴を有する。すなわち係止具(5)の先端上部が傾斜面
(5e)にされたものであり、この様にすれば係止手段
(4)が何らかの理由で開き戸(2)が開いているのに
ロック位置になった状態で開き戸(2)が閉じられてい
く場合に傾斜面(5e)で係止手段(4)を持ち上げ係
止部(5b)にガイドすることが可能になる。すなわち
係止手段(4)の突出力は開き戸(2)が閉じらる際に
傾斜面(5e)で容易に押し戻される程度の突出力なの
である。言い替えると開き戸(2)が閉じられる際に係
止手段(4)の突出を押し戻し可能な係止具(5)を用
いているのである。更に図5と比較してマグネットキャ
ッチ(7)の磁性体板(7b)の後方に少し隙間を有し
て鋼板等磁性体の磁力遮蔽板(7c)がマグネットキャ
ッチ(7)の背面の上下及び左右寸法程度又はそれ以上
の大きさで装置本体(3)に取り付けられている。この
様にすればマグネットキャッチ(7)が係止手段(4)
(磁性体の場合)を磁力で引っ張って誤動作することを
防止することが出来る。磁力遮蔽板(7c)がマグネッ
トキャッチ(7)の磁性体板(7b)から後方に少し隙
間を有しているのは吸着板(8)を吸着した際に磁力が
ほとんど吸着板(8)の吸着力となり(磁力線が吸着板
(8)を通るから)マグネットキャッチ力への影響がわ
ずかになるためである。図7は本発明の地震時ロック及
び解除方法を示し、該方法は開き戸(2)の隙間から解
除のための操作具として柔軟な挿入体(12)を挿入し
て係止手段(4)を解除するものである。すなわち柔軟
な挿入体(12)を開き戸(2)の隙間から挿入すれば
係止具(5)と装置本体(3)の隙間を通り係止具
