Abstract

SOLUTION: Cutting joint parts 1 of 5-30 mm wide are provided on a lightweight mortar-based cold resistant and fire resistant covering material painting part executed on the whole circumference of the column 2 and the beam 3 of an outdoor building at prescribed intervals. The cutting joint part 1 is provided over the whole thickness (25-40 mm) of covering material, ceramic fiber is inserted as fire resistant joint material, and the surface is waterproof- processed by silicon, charcoal or urethane-based caulking material. Generally speaking, a crack occurs on the surface of the covering material due to expansion and contraction of a steel frame by dry contraction of the covering material after execution, change of outside temperature, vibration or the like, and the occurrence of the crack can be prevented one year or longer after execution by providing the cutting joint part 1.

工した焼成バーミキュライト粒とポルトランドセメント
を主成分とし、それに耐火性及び施工性を向上させるた
め、特殊な充填材と添加剤を加えてある。

ため、それを補修する場合は足場等を架設する必要があ
り、高額の費用とかなりの日時を必要としていた。

ように切り目地部を適当な間隔で設ければ、前記クラッ
クの発生は防止できる。
