Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a recycled glass goods, by finely grinding recovered glass products to form glass powder and adding an appropriate quantity of water and cement to the glass powder and kneading them and molding the kneaded material and drying it after compression to form a block with a required shape. SOLUTION: Glass products such as recovered glass containers or glass sheets are finely ground to form glass powder. An appropriate quantity of water and cement or the like is added to the glass powder and mixed therewith and the kneaded material is molded and dried after compression to form a block (a) with a required shape. Accordingly, when the material is shaped as a paving concrete board block for a sidewalk or a floor face for instance, it becomes possible to recycle colored glass products and reproduce glass products and also it becomes possible to recycle glass materials as a receive means of reproduction of glass products, in which a remarkable increase of recovered volume is expected owing to the recycle law of packaging containers and further, unplanned excavation of natural sand can be prevented as well.

2. Description of the Related Art In the past, during the period of economic growth, the idea of directly taking out only available elements from nature and using them for direct court was dominant, but at present it is dominant. As a result, part of the natural environment has collapsed and the desolation of the mind is advancing.

The glass powder having a particle size of about 0 to about 2.5 mm having substantially the same particle size as that of the natural sand is sent to a mixer section by a glass powder feeder. The kneaded mixture is fed to a kneaded material supply hopper by a supply belt conveyor and stored for each batch, and the stored kneaded material is supplied from a hopper gate provided at a lower end of the kneaded material supply hopper into a supply bucket. Is transferred to A meter is provided in the supply bucket, and a fixed amount of the kneaded material is accommodated in the supply bucket by opening and closing the hopper gate according to a command from the meter, and the supply bucket containing the kneaded material is vibrated by the vibrator. Similarly, it is transferred to the molding machine by a pinton feeder which moves back and forth by the operation of the hydraulic cylinder in response to a command from the measuring device.

The molding machine uses a vertical two-stage hydraulic press machine composed of four pillars, and a hydraulic cylinder is used to guide the four pillars up and down on a fixed plate installed substantially at the center of the four pillars provided in the molding machine. The sliding upper movable surface plate and lower movable surface plate are opposed to each other, and a female mold having a punch-through opening of a desired shape is vertically attached and fixed to the lower surface of the fixed surface, and the lower movable surface plate is placed on the lower movable surface plate. The kneaded material is stamped and compression-molded, and a mounting iron plate support portion for mounting the stamped and formed block body a is provided. The kneaded material is stamped by being fitted into the female mold having the desired shape on the lower surface of the upper movable platen. The male mold to be formed is vertically installed.

On one side of the molding machine, a transfer conveyor is provided for transferring the kneaded material by embossing and compression molding, and a plurality of mounting iron plates on which the embossed block a is mounted one by one. An adsorbing device is provided for sucking and transferring the placed iron plates one by one onto an iron plate supply conveyor, and the iron plate placed on the iron plate supply conveyor is pushed into the mounting iron plate support of the molding machine in front of the molding machine. After the molding, an extrusion cylinder device for further extruding the embossed product out of the machine is provided.

After the lower movable platen is lifted and the mounting iron plate is brought into contact with the lower surface of the female mold suspended from the fixed plate, the supply bucket containing the predetermined amount of the kneaded material is removed by the female feeder using a piston feeder. It is transferred to the fixed plate just above the mold, the kneaded material in the bucket is guided out into the female mold at that position, the supply bucket is pulled, and then the upper and lower movable platens are vibrated by the vibrator to move the upper part. After lowering the board and compressing the kneaded material from above and below using a placing iron plate and a male mold, the upper and lower movable plates are returned to their original positions, and the block a having a desired shape is placed on the placing iron plate. Since the placed iron plate is transferred to the outside of the device by an extruder cylinder device, the placed iron plate with the block body a is arranged on a rack body or the like by a lead-out conveyor, an air hoist, etc. Shaped glass powder as raw material The production of the block body.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, a glass product such as a collected glass container or a glass plate is finely ground to form a glass powder, and water, cement, color powder or the like is added to the glass powder in an appropriate amount. It was mixed and kneaded, and the kneaded product was put into a mold, compressed and dried to form a block having a desired shape. For example, when it was formed into a paved concrete plate-like block shape such as a conventional sidewalk or floor surface, there were various problems. A colorful combination of sidewalks and floors are formed, creating a comfortable living environment.
