It has been manufactured by imprinting a pattern on the upper surface of this molded body. For decorative panels, rocks, fossils, colored glass or transparent glass are used, and small pieces obtained by cutting them are used as joints, adhesives or joints, or cut or polished from the above-mentioned raw materials. Sinter for more than a minute. For lead glass, black go stones can be made at once without attaching the rags. For Mahjong pie, 10% of the volume of the glass powder was added to slaked lime to transparent glass powder crushed to 400 mesh or less.
It is molded using a mold at a pressure of kg / cm 2 . A pattern made with glass powder-containing rags is placed on paper, and the paper is placed on the upper surface of the molded body, and this is sintered at 650 ° C. for 30 minutes or more to produce Mahjong pie. In the decorative board, the transparent glass is pulverized to 400 mesh or less. To this powder is separately added 10% of the glass powder volume by iron oxide and titanium oxide. In addition, lead glass powder is prepared. These powders are separately put into a metal mold and pressed under a pressure of 10 kg / cm 2 . These compacts are brought into contact with each other and sintered at 650 ° C. for 30 minutes or more to produce decorative plates of three colors of red and black and white. Further, the transparent glass is pulverized to 400 mesh or less. 10% by volume of iron oxide and titanium oxide are separately added to this powder. In addition, lead glass powder is prepared. A binder is added to these three glass powders, and they are formed into a shape and pressed. After the compacts are brought into contact with each other, they are melted at 850 ° C. for 30 minutes or more to obtain a decorative board of three colors of red and black and white. Next, the green glass is pulverized to 400 mesh or less. A binder is added to the powder, and the powder is shaped and pressed into a shape. On the molded product, a black ragweed added with glass powder is placed on a paper and a figure is placed on the paper, and melted at 850 ° C. for 30 minutes or more to form a decorative board with a pattern.
