の間に長い前軸部が設けられて、その前軸部の外周部に
リターンスプリングが嵌挿され、その段部とインキ収容
管の前端との間にそれぞれのボールペン筆記体を後方に
附勢するリターンスプリングが配設されて、ボールペン
筆記体を前進させて、前記クリップの係止段部に係止突

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 先端ボールを抱持するチップと、チップ
後方に直列状に継ぎ手、インキ保溜体が一体的に設けら
れ、インキ収容管は比較的大きな横断面積を有した略後
端閉塞状の非変形のもので、インキ収容管内に低粘度イ
ンキが充填されると共にインキ収容管の前方部内孔にイ
ンキ保溜体が嵌着されて成るボールペン筆記体と、当該
ボールペン筆記体を2種搭載して成る複式のノック式ボ
ールペンに於いて、 軸筒の後方に先端の玉部に係止段部が形成されたクリッ
プが設けられ、そのクリップが対面する軸側面にスリッ
トが穿設され、それぞれのインキ収容管の軸側面又はイ
ンキ収容管と連動して後方に配設されたノック部の軸側
面に係止突部が設けられてその係止突部がスリットに貫
出され、一方、軸筒の先端口の後方に段部が設けられ、
インキ収容管は略非変形でそのインキ収容管の前端と筆
記先端部との間に長い前軸部が設けられて、その前軸部
の外周部にリターンスプリングが嵌挿され、その段部と
インキ収容管の前端との間にそれぞれのボールペン筆記
体を後方に附勢するリターンスプリングが配設されて、
ボールペン筆記体を前進させて、前記クリップの係止段
部に係止突部が係止した時に筆記先端部が軸筒の先端口
から突出した状態となるように構成されたことを特徴と
する複式のノック式ボールペン。
